Tirumala, 04 March 2025: TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri BR Naidu has requested the Chief Ministers of several states through a letter upon the instructions of the Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu that all the state capitals of the country should allocate some free space towards the construction of Srivari temple.  

The letter stated that temples are not only just spiritual centers but also contribute to the development of society.  Temple tourism plays a crucial role in the development of the country.  Everyone is taking steps towards spirituality.  Every state capital should have a Venkateswara Swamy temple. There should be Srivari temples in all the major parts of the country as well.  Crores of devotees donate to the temples.  We are spending them on social service programs including education and medicine. “Temples play a major role in preserving our culture and heritage.

తిరుమల, 2025 మార్చి 04: దేశంలోని అన్ని రాష్ట్రాల రాజధానుల్లో శ్రీవారి ఆలయం నిర్మాణానికి ఉచితంగా స్థలం కేటాయించాలని టీటీడీ ఛైర్మన్ బీఆర్ నాయుడు కోరారు. ఏపీ సీఎం శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆదేశాల మేరకు పలు రాష్ట్రాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులకు లేఖ రాశారు.

దేవాలయాలు ఆధ్యాత్మిక కేంద్రాలే కాదని, దేవాలయాలు సమాజ అభివృద్ధికి దోహదపడతాయని పేర్కొన్నారు. ‘దేశాభివృద్ధిలో టెంపుల్ టూరిజం ప్రత్యేక పాత్ర పోషిస్తుంది. ఆధ్యాత్మిక వైపు అందరూ అడుగులు వేస్తున్నారు. ప్రతి రాష్ట్ర రాజధానిలో వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి ఆలయం ఉండాలి. దేశంలోని ప్రధాన ప్రాంతాల్లో కూడా శ్రీవారి ఆలయాలు ఉండాలి. కోట్ల మంది భక్తులు దేవాలయాలకు విరాళాలు ఇస్తున్నారు. వాటిని విద్య, వైద్యం సహా ఇతర సేవ కార్యక్రమాల కోసం ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నాం. మన సంస్కృతి, వారసత్వ పరిరక్షణకు దేవాలయాలు ప్రధాన పాత్ర పోషిస్తాయి’ అని ఆయన లేఖలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
