Tirupati, 2025, February 14: TTD JEO Sri V. Veerabrahmam held a review with officials at the JEO Chamber in the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Friday evening as per the instructions of TTD EO Sri J. Shyamala Rao to arrange the Brahmotsavam of Sri Kodandarama Swamy in Vontimitta in Kadapa district.

The JEO advised the officials to make arrangements keeping in mind the past experiences in view of the Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy to be held from April 5 to 15.

He instructed them to make arrangements keeping in mind the fact that the Sri Sitarama Kalyanam to be held on April 11 during the Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy in Ointment is like a state festival..

Arrangements should be made to avoid any difficulties in the preparation and distribution of Swamy’s pearls. Arrangements should be made to avoid any difficulties in the distribution of Annaprasadam to the devotees who will gather in large numbers for the Swamy’s marriage, and advance plans should be prepared for the accommodation and food arrangements for the officers and employees appointed on deputation for the Brahmotsavams as well as the servants of Srivari.

Arrangements should be made to provide relief to the devotees in case of a heat wave or unexpected rain. Counters should be prepared to distribute buttermilk and drinking water in large quantities to prevent heat wave. TTD vigilance officials should coordinate with the local police and prepare a plan for security and parking arrangements.

He suggested that special attention should be paid to the entry and exit routes for the devotees at the wedding venue, the arrangement of queue lines, parking, traffic, attractive flower decorations, electrical decorations, food offerings and distribution of pearl thalambras.

He said that appropriate measures should be taken to avoid interruption in power supply. He said that sanitation arrangements should be made in coordination with the local panchayat staff. He suggested that first aid centres, necessary medicines, ambulances and staff should be prepared.

He said that a meeting would be held with the Kadapa district officials soon. He said that there should be impressive performances by the Hindu Dharma Prachar Parishad Bhajan groups before the Brahmotsavam vehicle services, and good programs should be organized on the day of the wedding.

He said that the Brahmotsavam should be broadcast with quality SVBC HD quality so that the devotees could watch it, and live broadcasts should be provided on important days. He asked that steps be taken to collect feedback from the devotees and provide facilities. A department-wise review was conducted to ensure that arrangements were made without any difficulties for the devotees.

He asked the officials to review the work being done in their departments in advance and prepare plans to ensure that facilities are provided to the last devotee as per the checklist. He suggested that invitation letters to the dignitaries and a checklist be prepared as per the protocol at the wedding venue.

Deputy Commissioner Sri Govinda Rajan, Anna Prasad Special Officer Sri GLN Sastry, Town Planning Expert Sri Ramudu participated in this meeting while Sri Gunabhushan Reddy, Sri Natesh Babu and other officials were present virtually.

తిరుపతి, 2025, ఫిబ్రవరి 14: కడప జిల్లా ఒంటిమిట్ట శ్రీ కోదండరామ స్వామి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలను పండుగ వాతావరణం తరహాలో ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ జె. శ్యామల రావు ఆదేశాల మేరకు టిటిడి జేఈవో శ్రీ వి. వీరబ్రహ్మం అధికారులతో తిరుపతిలోని టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలోని జేఈవో ఛాంబర్ లో శుక్రవారం సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.

శ్రీ కోదండరామ స్వామి వారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు ఏప్రిల్ 5 – 15వ తేదీ వరకు జరుగనున్న నేపథ్యంలో గత అనుభవాలను దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని అధికారులకు జేఈవో సూచించారు. ఒంటిమిట్ట శ్రీకోదండరామ స్వామి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలలో ఏప్రిల్ 11వ తేదీన జరుగనున్న శ్రీ సీతారాముల కల్యాణం రాష్ట్ర పండుగ లాంటిదనే విషయాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని కోరారు. స్వామివారి ముత్యాల తలంబ్రాలు తయారీ, పంపిణీలో ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తకుండా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలన్నారు. స్వామివారి కల్యాణానికి పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో తరలివచ్చే భక్తులకు అన్నప్రసాదాల పంపిణీలో ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తకుండా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని, బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు డిప్యూటేషన్ మీద నియమించే అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగులతో పాటు శ్రీవారి సేవకులకు వసతి, ఆహారం ఏర్పాట్లపై ముందస్తుగా ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేయాలన్నారు. భక్తులకు ఎండ వేడిమి, అనుకోకుండా వర్షం వస్తే ఉపశమనం కలిగేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలన్నారు. ఎండ వేడిమికి విరివిగా మజ్జిగ, తాగునీరు పంపిణీ చేసేందుకు అవసరమైన కౌంటర్లు సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలన్నారు. టీటీడీ విజిలెన్స్ అధికారులు స్థానిక పోలీసులతో సమన్వయం చేసుకుని భద్రత, పార్కింగ్ ఏర్పాట్లకు ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలన్నారు.

కల్యాణ వేదిక వద్ద భక్తులకు ప్రవేశ మార్గాలు, నిష్క్రమణ మార్గాలు, క్యూలైన్ల ఏర్పాటు, పార్కింగ్, ట్రాఫిక్, ఆకట్టుకునేలా పుష్పాలంకరణలు, విద్యుత్ అలంకరణలు, అన్నప్రసాదాలు, ముత్యాల తలంబ్రాలు పంపిణీపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలని సూచించారు. విద్యుత్ సరఫరాలో అంతరాయం ఏర్పడకుండా తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. స్థానిక పంచాయతీ సిబ్బందిని సమన్వయం చేసుకుని పారిశుధ్యం ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలన్నారు. ప్రథమ చికిత్స కేంద్రాలు, అవసరమైన మందులు, అంబులెన్సులు, సిబ్బందిని సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. త్వరలో కడప జిల్లా అధికారులతో సమావేశం నిర్వహిస్తామన్నారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల వాహన సేవల ముందు హిందూ ధర్మ ప్రచార పరిషత్ భజన బృందాలచే ఆకట్టుకునేలా ప్రదర్శనలు ఉండాలని, అలాగే కల్యాణోత్సవం రోజున చక్కటి కార్యక్రమాలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్నారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలను భక్తులు తిలకించేలా ఎస్వీబీసీ హెచ్డీ క్వాలిటీతో నాణ్యమైన ప్రసారాలు చేయాలని, ప్రముఖమైన రోజులలో ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రసారాలు అందించాలన్నారు. భక్తుల నుంచి ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ సేకరించి సౌకర్యాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరారు. భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని శాఖల వారీగా సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. అధికారులు ముందస్తుగా తమ శాఖలలో జరుగుతున్న పనులను సమీక్షించుకుని చెక్ లిస్ట్ ప్రకారం చివరి భక్తుడి వరకు సౌకర్యాలు అందేలా ప్రణాళికలు సిద్దం చేయాలని కోరారు. ప్రముఖులకు ఆహ్వాన పత్రికలు, కల్యాణ వేదిక వద్ద ప్రోటోకాల్ ప్రకారం చెక్ లిస్ట్ తయారు చేయాలని సూచించారు.
