TTD TRUST BOARD MEETING HELD IN TIRUMALA _ తిరుమలలో టిటిడి బోర్డు సమావేశం
Tirumala, May 07 2025: TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu has announced that the land adjacent to the seven hills should not be allotted to private individuals to protect the sanctity of the world-famous spiritual pilgrimage site of Tirumala.
The TTD Trust Board Mandal meeting was held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Wednesday.
Earlier, the TTD board had decided to transfer 24.68 acres of land belonging to the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority (APTA) to TTD in Survey No. 604 in Peruru village of Tirupati Rural Mandal. In lieu of that site, the TTD Board has approved the transfer of 24.68 acres of TTD land in Tirupati Urban Survey No. 588-A to APTA.
Similarly, the transfer of another 10.32 acres of APTA land in Survey No. 604 in Tirupati Rural to TTD, and in lieu of that, the TTD Board has requested the State Government to expedite the process of allotting 10.32 acres of TTD land in Survey No. 588-A in Tirupati Urban to APTA.

తిరుమల, మే 07 2025: ప్ర‌పంచ ప్ర‌ఖ్యాత ఆధ్యాత్మిక పుణ్య‌క్షేత్ర‌మైన తిరుమల పవిత్రతను కాపాడేందుకు ఏడుకొండలకు ఆనుకొని ఉన్న భూములను ప్రైవేట్ వ్యక్తులకు కేటాయించరాదని నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్లు టీటీడీ చైర్మ‌న్ శ్రీ బీ.ఆర్.నాయుడు వెల్ల‌డించారు. తిరుమ‌ల‌లోని అన్న‌మ‌య్య భ‌వ‌నంలో బుధ‌వారం టీటీడీ ధ‌ర్మ‌క‌ర్త‌ల మండ‌లి సమావేశం జ‌రిగింది.
ఇది వరకే తిరుపతి రూర‌ల్ మండ‌లం పేరూరు గ్రామంలోని సర్వే నెం.604లో ఆంధ్ర ప్ర‌దేశ్ టూరిజం అథారిటీ (ఏపీటీఏ) కు చెందిన 24.68 ఎక‌రాల భూమిని టీటీడీకి బ‌ద‌లాయించాలని గతంలో టిటిడి బోర్డు నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవడమైనది. ఆ స్థలానికి బ‌దులుగా తిరుపతి అర్భన్ సర్వే నెం.588-ఏ లో ఉన్న టీటీడీకి చెందిన 24.68 ఎక‌రాల స్థ‌లాన్ని ఏపీటీఏ బదలాయింపునకు టిటిడి బోర్డు ఆమోదం తెల్పడమైనది.
• అదేవిధంగా తిరుపతి రూర‌ల్ లోని సర్వే నెం.604లోని ఏపీటీఏకు చెందిన మరో 10.32 ఎక‌రాల స్థ‌లాన్ని టీటీడీకి బ‌ద‌లాయించ‌డం, దానికి బ‌దులుగా తిరుపతి అర్బన్ లోని సర్వే నెంబ‌ర్ 588-ఏ లోని టీటీడీకి చెందిన 10.32 ఎక‌రాల స్థ‌లాన్ని ఏపీటీఏకు కేటాయించే ప్రక్రియను వేగవంతం చేయాలని టిటిడి బోర్డు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరడమైనది.
