GEAR UP FOR TTD’s ROLE AT MAHA KUMBH MELA-JEO (H&E)
TIRUPATI, 17 DECEMBER 2024: TTD JEO for Health and Education Smt Goutami advised the officials concerned to make elaborate arrangements in setting up the model Srivari temple and TTD-related activities during the upcoming mega religious event of Maha Kumbh mela scheduled to take place from January 13 to February 26 in Prayagraj (Allahabad) of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2025.
The JEO held a review meeting in the TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Tuesday evening with the officials of various departments to discuss on the arrangements to be made on behalf of TTD for the devotees taking part in Kumbhmela that lasts for about 45 days.
She said as per the instructions of TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao the model temple of Sri Venkateswara Swamy has to come up in such a way that the Northern devotees should feel and experience the presence of the Lord of Seven Hills in the Mahakumbha Mela itself.
She instructed that the officials of various departments of TTD should coordinate from time to time and provide better facilities to the devotees. Religious events like Srivari Kalyanotsavam, Chakra Snanam etc. should be performed in aa befitting manner to impress the devotees, especially the North devotees, she maintained.
The officials concerned were told to take up electrical illumination and flower decorations to enhance the glory of the model temple coming up in 2.5 acres of land.
The TTD vigilance and security officials are asked to coordinate with the UP Police officials and take up strong security arrangements.
In connection with the Mahakumbh Mela, dharmic programs, bhajans to be organised, live broadcast should be provided by SVBC on special days, and the public relations department should coordinate with various departments of TTD to carry out extensive campaign, she directed the concerned.
One of the chief priests of Tirumala temple Sri Venugopala Deekshitulu, HDPP Secretary Sri Raghunath, DPP Program Officer Sri Rajagopal, SE 3 Sri Jagadeeswar Reddy, SE (Electrical) Sri Venkateswarlu, Deputy EOs Sri Selvam, Sri Sivaprasad, Smt Prashanthi, Sri Gunabhushan Reddy, AVSO Sri Satish Kumar and other officers participated.

తిరుపతి, 2024 డిసెంబర్ 17: ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ లోని ప్రయాగ్ రాజ్ (అలహాబాద్ )లో జనవరి 13, 2025 నుంచి ఫిబ్రవరి 26, 2025 వరకు జరుగనున్న మహాకుంభ మేళలో శ్రీవారి నమూనా ఆలయం ద్వారా ఉత్తరాది భక్తులు స్వామి వారి వైభవాన్ని సంతృప్తిగా తిలకించేలా పటిష్ట ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని టిటిడి జేఈవో శ్రీమతి గౌతమి అధికారులకు సూచించారు. టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలో సోమవారం జరిగినా సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో టిటిడి అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జేఈవో గౌతమి మాట్లాడుతూ టిటిడి ఈవో శ్యామల రావు ఆదేశాల మేరకు 45 రోజుల పాటు సాగే మహాకుంభ మేళకు దాదాపు 2.50 ఎకరాల విస్తీర్ణంలో టిటిడి నుండి విస్తృత ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తోందన్నారు. తిరుమల తరహాలో స్వామి వారి కైంకర్యాలు చేపట్టాలని, శ్రీవారి నమూనా ఆలయానికి కావాల్సిన ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలన్నారు. టిటిడి వివిధ విభాగాల అధికారులు ఎప్పటికప్పుడు సమన్వయం చేసుకుని భక్తులకు మెరుగైన సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించాలన్నారు. శ్రీవారి కల్యాణోత్సవాలు, చక్రస్నానం తదితర కైంకర్యాలపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలని సూచించారు. ఆకట్టుకునేలా విద్యుత్ అలంకరణలు, పుష్పాలంకరణలు చేపట్టాలని అధికారులకు తెలిపారు. మహాకుంభ మేళకు సంబంధించి ప్రధాన రోజులలో భక్తుల రద్దీ అధికంగా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉండడంతో ముందస్తుగా కార్యాచరణ చేపట్టాలన్నారు. ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర అధికారులతో ఎప్పటికప్పుడు సమన్వయం చేసుకుని టిటిడికి కేటాయించిన స్థలంలో రాజీలేకుండా మరింత మెరుగైన ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలన్నారు. హిందూ ధర్మ ప్రచార పరిషత్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో భజన కార్యక్రమాలు, కళా బృందాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలన్నారు. యూపీ పోలీస్ అధికారులతో టిటిడి విజిలెన్స్ అండ్ సెక్యూరిటీ అధికారులు సమన్వయం చేసుకుని పటిష్ట భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలన్నారు. ప్రయాగ్ రాజ్ లో వాతావరణానికి తగ్గట్లు ముందస్తు మౌళిక సదుపాయాలు కల్పించాలని, మెడికల్ సిబ్బంది, మందులు సమకూర్చుకోవాలని ఇంజనీరింగ్ , హెల్త్ అండ్ మెడికల్ అధికారులకు సూచించారు. మహాకుంభ మేళకు సంబంధించి ప్రత్యేక రోజులలో ఎస్వీబీసీ ద్వారా ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రసారాలు అందించాలని, టిటిడిలోని వివిధ శాఖలతో ప్రజా సంబంధాల శాఖ సమన్వయం చేసుకుని విసృత ప్రచారం చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆలయ ప్రధాన అర్చకులు శ్రీ వేణుగోపాల దీక్షితులు, డిపిపి సెక్రటరీ శ్రీ రఘునాథ్, డిపిపి ప్రోగ్రాం ఆఫీసర్ శ్రీ రాజగోపాల్. ఎస్ఈ (ఎలక్ట్రికల్) శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర్లు, ఎస్.ఈ శ్రీ జగదీశ్వర్ రెడ్డి, డిప్యూటీ ఈవోలు ఆర్. సెల్వం, శివప్రసాద్, ప్రశాంతి, గుణభూషణ్ రెడ్డి, ఏవీఎస్వో సతీష్ కుమార్ తదితర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
