Tirupati, 27 May 2025: Tirupati JEO Sri Veerabrahmam on Tuesday evening has instructed the officials to make appropriate arrangements to organize the annual Brahmotsavams from June 02 to June 10 at the ancient and famous Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati in a grand manner.
A review was held with the officials of all departments in the temple premises.
Speaking on the occasion, the JEO instructed the officials to complete the arrangements for the Brahmotsavams at the earliest.
He said that the electric wires obstructing Gandhi Road and Karnala Veedhi during the Vahanam procession should be removed and that there should be no traffic problems.
He said that LED screens should be installed on the main roads so that devotees can watch the arches and the vahana sevas of the processional deity. He instructed the concerned officials to decorate the temple and surrounding areas beautifully with electric lamps and flowers. He suggested that the queues should be regularized with sufficient number of Srivari sevaks.
He ordered that the devotees should be provided with buttermilk and drinking water during the vahana sevas
Later he suggested that Bhajans, Kolatams, Kerala drums, folk dance and other cultural programs should be organized with expert artists under the auspices of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad to impress devotees in front of Vahanams.
The processions will be broadcast through the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel. He suggested that cleanliness should be maintained without compromising anywhere.
He advised the officials to collect feedback from the devotees from time to time and provide better services. He asked the security officials to make strong arrangements so that the devotees do not face any security problems.
