Tirupati, 28 February 2025: The Chairman of TTD, Sri BR Naidu said that by filling up jobs in sports quota in TTD, opportunities will be provided to the youth.
He inaugurated the Annual Games and Sports Competition for TTD employees as Chief Guest in TTD Parade Grounds in Tirupati on Friday.
In his speech on the occasion, he wished the employees to showcase their skills so that they prepare themselves to become winners in national and international games and sports in future.
He said that the employees are physically fit by organizing sports competitions every year. Actions will be taken to build a sports complex for TTD employees. He said that since 1977, these competitions are being conducted for the employees to develop them physically and mentally.
On this occasion, TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao administered the sports pledge with the employees. Later the Chairman along with EO and other officials unveiled the sports flag.
Balloons and peace flags were flown high in the sky. On this occasion, the employees conducted a March.
Speaking on the occasion, TTD EO said that the employees are providing special services to the lakhs of devotees who come for the darshan in Tirumala. He appreciated the success of Srivari Brahmotsavam, Sri Padmavati Brahmotsavam, Vaikuntha Ekadashi and Rathasaptami with their collective efforts. He said that sports are very useful for sports spirit, friendly atmosphere, team work and boosting morale among TTD employees. He advised that everyone should participate in sports which helps to increases their discipline, mental cheerfulness and physical fitness.
In these competitions, the first prize winners will be awarded Rs.2 thousand, the second prize winners will be awarded Rs.1800/- and the third prize winners will be awarded bank gift cards worth Rs.1600/-.
Speaking on the occasion, Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary asked TTD employees to maintain their health and provide better and productive services in their profession. Sports have been important since the time of the Greeks, he said.
He suggested that health problems can be controlled through sports and that the physical endurance and rejuvenation comes with sports. Everyone in TTD is advised to control the pressure and provide better services to the devotees with sporting spirit without getting emotional.
In the inaugural program, the names of the employees registered to participate in the sports, the teams, the competition schedule and other details were informed.
Separate competitions for men and women, specially talent, senior officers and retired employees will be conducted. It includes tug of war, chess, volleyball, caroms, ball badminton, football, table tennis, cricket, shuttle, tennis and other sports. Along with the Parade Grounds, sports competitions will also be organized for the employees at the Recreation Hall, Srinivasa Sports Complex, SV Arts College Ground, SV Junior College, SV High School, SV University, SV Agriculture and Veterinary University grounds.

తిరుపతి, 2025, ఫిబ్రవరి 28: టిటిడిలో స్పోర్ట్స్ కోటాలో ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ ద్వారా యువతకు అవకాశం కల్పిస్తామని ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరైన టిటిడి చైర్మెన్ శ్రీ బీఆర్ నాయుడు తెలిపారు. టిటిడి ఉద్యోగులు జాతీయ, అంతర్జాతీయ గేమ్స్ అండ్ స్పోర్ట్స్ లలో విజేతలుగా నిలిచే స్థాయికి తయారుకావాలని కోరారు. వచ్చే ఏడాదికి యువతతో పటిష్ట టీంలను తయారు చేయాలని సూచించారు. ప్రతి ఏడాది ఆటల పోటీలు నిర్వహించడం వల్ల ఉద్యోగులు శారీరకంగా దృఢంగా ఉంటారన్నారు. టిటిడి ఉద్యోగుల కోసం స్పోర్ట్స్ కాంప్లెక్స్ నిర్మించేందుకు చర్యలు చేపడుతామన్నారు. ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమం, వారి మానసిక వికాసం కోసం 1977వ సంవ‌త్స‌రం నుండి ప్రతి సంవ‌త్స‌రం ఉద్యోగులకు క్రీడాపోటీలు నిర్వహించడం సంతోషంగా ఉందన్నారు. ఉద్యోగుల వార్షిక క్రీడాపోటీలు శుక్ర‌వారం తిరుప‌తిలోని టీటీడీ ప‌రిపాల‌నా భ‌వ‌నంలో గ‌ల పరేడ్ మైదానంలో ప్రారంభమ‌య్యాయి. ఈ సందర్భంగా టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ జె. శ్యామల రావు ఉద్యోగుల‌తో క్రీడాప్ర‌తిజ్ఞ చేయించారు. ముందుగా ఛైర్మ‌న్‌, ఈవో, అదనపు ఈవో, జేఈవో క‌లిసి క్రీడాప‌తాకాన్ని ఆవిష్క‌రించారు. బెలూన్లు, శాంతి క‌పోతాల‌ను ఎగుర‌వేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఉద్యోగులు మార్చ్‌ఫాస్ట్ నిర్వ‌హించారు.
