Tirumala, February 11, 2025: The devotees should take forward the essence of Hindu Sanatana Dharma to the public fore through Dasa Padagalu, said Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, the Additional EO of TTD.
Addressing the inaugural session of Traimasika Metlotsavam in Asthana Mandapam at Tirumala as Chief Guest on Tuesday evening, he said the intention of the Dasa Sahitya Project, which was started by TTD in 1979, had been fulfilled and reached the people.
Devotees who have come for Melotsava should try to take forward the legacy Sanatana Dharma by singing the Dasa Padagalu.
The special officer of the Dasa Sahitya Project, Sri Ananda Theerthacharyulu said participating in the Metlotsava is equivalent to visiting Srivaru 108 times.
All the devotees were asked to cooperate with the TTD staff by observing discipline and precautions during the Melotsavam.
A large number of Bhajan Mandali members from Andhra, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka participated in this program.

తిరుమల, 2025 ఫిబ్రవరి 11: టీటీడీ దాస సాహిత్య ప్రాజెక్టు ద్వారా నేర్చుకున్న ప్రతి విషయాన్ని భక్తులు ప్రజల్లోకి తీసుకెళ్లి హిందూ ధర్మాన్ని విస్తరించాలని టీటీడీ అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ వెంకయ్య చౌదరి అన్నారు.
తిరుమలలో నేటి నుండి మూడు రోజులపాటు నిర్వహించనున్న శ్రీవారి త్రైమాసిక మెట్లోత్సవ కార్యక్రమం ఆస్థాన మండపంలో మంగళవారం వైభవంగా ప్రారంభమైంది. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా విచ్చేసిన అదనపు ఈవో భక్తులను ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించారు.
1979లో టీటీడీ ప్రారంభించిన దాస సాహిత్య ప్రాజెక్టు సంకల్పం పరిపూర్ణమై ప్రజల్లోకి వెళ్లిందని చెప్పారు. మెట్లోత్సవానికి విచ్చేసిన భక్తులు మరోసారి వచ్చేటప్పుడు తోటివారిని కూడా తీసుకొచ్చేందుకు కృషి చేయాలన్నారు.
దాస సాహిత్య ప్రాజెక్టు ప్రత్యేక అధికారి శ్రీ ఆనందతీర్థాచార్యులు మాట్లాడుతూ ఒక్కసారి మెట్లోత్సవంలో పాల్గొంటే 108 సార్లు స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకున్న పుణ్యఫలం దక్కుతుందన్నారు. భక్తులందరూ మెట్లోత్సవం సందర్భంగా క్రమశిక్షణతో జాగ్రత్తలు పాటిస్తూ టీటీడీ సిబ్బందికి సహకరించాలని కోరారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రవచనకర్త హయగ్రీవాచార్యులు, ఆంధ్ర, తమిళనాడు, కర్ణాటకకు చెందిన భజన మండలి సభ్యులు విశేష సంఖ్యలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
