ADDITIONAL EO REVIEWS RECEPTION DEPARTMENT _ రిసెప్షన్ విభాగంపై అదనపుఈవో సమీక్ష
Tirumala, 18 September 2025: In connection with the Srivari Brahmotsavams to be held from September 24 to October 02, TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdhury held a review meeting on reception and Annaprasadam departments along with CVSO Sri Muralikrishna on Thursday at Annamayya Bhavan in Tirumala.
On this occasion, he ordered that steps be taken to allocate accommodation rooms so that devotees do not face any difficulties during the Brahmotsavams.
The reception and protocol departments should work in coordination so that there are no shortcomings in the accommodation facilities for VIPs visiting the Brahmotsavams.
He said that the rest houses should be inspected and any repairs should be completed as soon as possible.
He advised the employees performing duties in the temple to work responsibly with discipline.
The Reception Deputy EO Sri Bhaskar, VGO Sri Surendra, OSD Satre Naik and other officials participated in this meeting.

తిరుమల, 2025 సెప్టెంబర్ 18: సెప్టెంబర్ 24 నుండి అక్టోబర్ 2వ తేది వరకు శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు నిర్వహించనున్న నేపథ్యంలో రిసెప్షన్ విభాగంపై టీటీడీ అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరి గురువారం తిరుమలలోని అన్నమయ్య భవన్ లో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల సమయంలో భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తకుండా వసతి గదుల కేటాయింపునకు చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని ఆదేశించారు.
బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు విచ్చేసే వీఐపీలకు వసతి సౌకర్యంలో ఎలాంటి లోటుపాట్లు తలెత్తకుండా రిసెప్షన్, ప్రోటోకాల్ విభాగాలు సమన్వయంతో పని చేయాలన్నారు.
విశ్రాంతి గృహాలను పరిశీలించి ఏవైనా మరమ్మతులు ఉంటే త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేయాలని చెప్పారు.
ఆలయంలో విధులు నిర్వహించే ఉద్యోగులు క్రమశిక్షణతో బాధ్యతాయుతంగా పని చేయాలని సూచించారు.
అంతకు పూర్వం ఆయన అన్న ప్రసాద విభాగ బ్రహ్మోత్సవ ఏర్పాట్లను కూడా సంబంధిత అధికారులతో సమీక్షించారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో సీవీఎస్వో శ్రీ మురళీకృష్ణ, రిసెప్షన్ డిప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ భాస్కర్, వీజీవో శ్రీ సురేంద్ర, ఓఎస్డీ సత్రా నాయక్, ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
