DHWAJAVAROHANAM MARKS CONCLUSION OF ANNUAL FEST AT SRI KALYANA VENKATESWARA SWAMY TEMPLE _ ధ్వజావరోహణంతో ముగిసిన శ్రీ కల్యాణ వెంకన్న బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు
TIRUPATI, 16 FEBRUARY 2026: The nine-day annual Brahmotsavams at the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple concluded on Monday night with the ceremonial Dhwajavarohanam.
As part of the concluding rituals, the Bangaru Tiruchi Utsavam was held in the temple at 6PM. The Dhwajavarohanam ceremony was performed between 6PM and 7PM in a solemn and traditional manner.
Dhwajavarohanam marks the formal conclusion of the Brahmotsavams.
On the day of Dhwajarohanam, Garudalwar invites the celestial deities to witness the annual festivities. During Dhwajavarohanam, the deities are ceremonially bid farewell and are informed to return for the next year Brahmotsavams.
On this occasion, the temple priests recited seven sacred hymns and rituals including Garuda Dhyanam, Bheri Puja, Bheri Taadanam, Garuda Gadyam, Dikpalaka Gadyam, Garuda Lagnashtakam, and Garuda Churnika.
AEO Sri Gopinath, Superintendent Sri Ramesh, and Kankana Bhattar Sri Balaji Rangacharyulu participated in the programme.

తిరుపతి 2026 ఫిబ్రవరి 16: శ్రీ కల్యాణ వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి ఆలయంలో తొమ్మిది రోజుల పాటు జరిగిన బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు సోమవారం రాత్రి ధ్వజావరోహణంతో ఘనంగా ముగిశాయి.
సాయంత్రం 6 గంటలకు ఆలయంలో బంగారు తిరుచ్చి ఉత్సవం, సాయంత్రం 6 నుండి రాత్రి 7 గంటల మధ్య ధ్వజావరోహణ ఘట్టం నిర్వహించారు.
ధ్వజారోహణం నాడు గరుడాళ్వార్ ఆహ్వానించిన దేవతలను తిరిగి సాగనంపే కార్యక్రమమే ధ్వజావరోహణం. తిరిగి వచ్చే ఏడాది బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు రావాల్సిందిగా ఈ సందర్భంగా గరుడాళ్వార్ దేవతలను కోరతాడు. ఈ సందర్భంగా గరుడధ్యానం, భేరిపూజ, భేరితాడనం, గరుడగద్యం, దిక్పాలక గద్యం, గరుడ లగ్నాష్టకం, గరుడ చూర్ణిక అనే ఏడు మంత్రాలను అర్చకులు జపించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఏఈవో శ్రీ గోపినాథ్, సూపరింటెండెంట్ శ్రీ రమేష్, కంకణ బట్టర్ శ్రీ బాలాజి రంగాచార్యులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
