TIRUMALA, 28 SEPTEMBER 2025: The ongoing annual brahmotsavams on the fifth morning on Sunday witnessed Mohini Avataram-the most colourful and attractive event, during the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams, in which Sri Malayappa Swamy appeared in the enchanting form of Jaganmohini, captivating devotees, symbolising the victory of good over evil through divine beauty and illusion (Maya).
Decorated in exquisite female attire with dazzling jewels, flowers, robes, Mohini was taken out on a magnificently adorned palanquin. The enchanting Mohini form demonstrates that the entire universe is under the spell of Maya (illusion) and urges devotees to transcend worldly desires for spiritual growth. Mohini Avataram serves as a reminder that even powerful beings can be captivated by God’s divine Maya, and ultimate victory belongs to those who surrender to the divine.
Sri Krishna Swamy also accompanies Mohini on a separate palanquin, highlighting the mythological association between Vishnu, Mohini, and Krishna during the celestial event.
A large number of pilgrims gathered all along the four mada streets since Saturday night to witness the charm of the divine damsel and also have darshan of Sri Malayappa on the mighty Garuda Vahana on Sunday evening.

తిరుమల, 2025 సెప్టెంబర్ 28: తిరుమల శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో ఐదో రోజైన ఆదివారం ఉదయం శ్రీ మలయప్పస్వామివారు మోహినీ రూపంలో సర్వాలంకార భూషితుడై దర్శనమిచ్చారు. పక్కనే మరో తిరుచ్చిపై శ్రీకృష్ణుడు అలంకృతుడై అభయమిచ్చారు. ఉదయం 8 గంటల నుండి 10 గంటల వరకు స్వామివారు నాలుగు మాడ వీధుల్లో విహరించి భక్తులకు దర్శనభాగ్యం కల్పించారు. వాహనం ముందు గజరాజులు నడుస్తుండగా, భక్తజన బృందాలు భజనలు, కోలాటాలు, జీయ్యంగార్ల ఘోష్టితో స్వామివారిని కీర్తిస్తుండగా, మంగళవాయిద్యాల నడుమ స్వామివారి వాహనసేవ కోలాహలంగా జరిగింది. భక్తులు అడుగడుగునా కర్పూరహారతులు సమర్పించి శ్రీవారిని దర్శించుకున్నారు.
మోహినీ అవతారం – మాయా మోహ నాశనం
ఈ అలంకారం ద్వారా జగత్తు అంతా మాయామోహానికి లొంగివుందని, అదంతా తన లీలా విలాసమేనని, తన భక్తులు కానివారు ఈ జగన్మాయలోలులు కాక తప్పదని స్వామివారు ఈ రూపంలో చాటి చెబుతున్నారు.
వాహనసేవలో తిరుమల శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ పెద్దజీయర్స్వామి, శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ చిన్నజీయర్స్వామి, టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ బీ.ఆర్.నాయుడు, ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్ కుమార్ సింఘాల్, ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
గరుడ వాహనం
సాయంత్రం 6:30 గంటలకు విశేషమైన గరుడవాహనంపై శ్రీమలయప్పస్వామివారు కటాక్షిస్తారు.
గరుడ వాహనం – సర్వపాప ప్రాయశ్చిత్తం
పౌరాణిక నేపథ్యంలో 108 వైష్ణవ దివ్యదేశాలలోనూ గరుడసేవ అత్యంత ప్రాముఖ్యతను సంతరించుకుంది. గరుడవాహనం ద్వారా స్వామివారు దాసానుదాస ప్రపత్తికి తాను దాసుడని తెలియజెబుతారు. అంతేగాక జ్ఞానవైరాగ్య ప్రాప్తికోరే మానవులు జ్ఞానవైరాగ్య రూపాలైన రెక్కలతో విహరించే భగదధిష్టుతుడైన గరుడుని దర్శిస్తే సర్వపాపాలు తొలగుతాయని భక్తకోటికి తెలియజెబుతున్నాడు.
