ALL DEPARTMENTS MUST WORK IN COORDINATION TO ENSURE HASSLE-FREE SERVICES FOR DEVOTEES: TTD JEO DR. A. SHARATH
Tirupati, July 31, 2026: TTD Joint Executive Officer Dr. A. Sharath has directed all departments to work in close coordination and make comprehensive arrangements to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for devotees visiting Tirumala and Tirupati during the annual Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams, Navaratri Brahmotsavams and Peratasi Saturdays.
Reviewing the preparations with officials of various departments at the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Friday, the JEO instructed officials to identify adequate parking spaces and establish holding points in and around Tirupati to effectively regulate the expected heavy traffic.
He directed the authorities to provide sufficient mobile toilets, safe drinking water facilities and maintain high standards of sanitation at all parking and holding areas.
The JEO also instructed officials to install welcome arches, flex banners and QR code-enabled signboards at major junctions and important locations to help devotees access information easily.
Engineering officials were asked to illuminate temples, major buildings and key roads with decorative lighting to create a spiritual atmosphere during the festivals.
Under the supervision of the TTD Public Relations Department, additional help desks will be set up at the Railway Station, RTC Bus Stand, Alipiri Bus Stand, Alipiri Footpath, Vishnu Nivasam and Srinivasam. Wide publicity will also be given to the cultural programmes to be held at Mahathi Kalakshetram, Ramachandra Pushkarini and the Annamacharya Project.
The JEO instructed TTD Chief Public Relations Officer Dr. T. Ravi to deploy more Srivari Sevaks at key locations to extend better assistance to devotees.
Emphasising that a large influx of devotees is expected during the festivals, Dr. A. Sharath called upon all engineering and allied departments to work in coordination and provide the best possible services.

తిరుపతి, 2026 జూలై 31: తిరుమల శ్రీవారి సాలకట్ల బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు, నవరాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు, పెరటాసి శనివారాల సందర్భంగా తిరుమల, తిరుపతికి అధిక సంఖ్యలో విచ్చేసే భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి అసౌకర్యం కలగకుండా అన్ని శాఖలు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేసి పకడ్బందీ ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని టీటీడీ జేఈవో డాక్టర్ ఎ. శరత్ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
శుక్రవారం తిరుపతిలోని టీటీడీ పరిపాలన భవనంలోని జేఈవో కార్యాలయంలో వివిధ శాఖల అధికారులతో నిర్వహించిన సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో ఆయన ఏర్పాట్లపై దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.
భక్తుల వాహనాల రద్దీని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని తిరుపతి నగరం, పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లో తగిన పార్కింగ్ స్థలాలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని, వివిధ ప్రాంతాల్లో హోల్డింగ్ పాయింట్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి ట్రాఫిక్ను సమర్థవంతంగా నియంత్రించాలని సూచించారు. పార్కింగ్, హోల్డింగ్ పాయింట్ల వద్ద తగిన సంఖ్యలో మొబైల్ మరుగుదొడ్లు, స్వచ్ఛమైన తాగునీటి సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించి పరిశుభ్రతను నిరంతరం పర్యవేక్షించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
తిరుపతి నగరం, పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లోని ప్రధాన కూడళ్లు, రహదారులు, భక్తులు అధికంగా సంచరించే ప్రాంతాల్లో స్వాగత తోరణాలు, ఫ్లెక్సీలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సూచించారు. అలాగే ముఖ్య ప్రాంతాల్లో క్యూ ఆర్ కోడ్లతో కూడిన సూచిక బోర్డులు ఏర్పాటు చేసి భక్తులకు అవసరమైన సమాచారం సులభంగా అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని తెలిపారు.
స్థానిక ఆలయాలు, ప్రధాన భవనాలు, ప్రధాన రహదారులను విద్యుత్ దీపాలతో సుందరంగా అలంకరించి ఆధ్యాత్మిక వాతావరణాన్ని కల్పించాలని ఇంజినీరింగ్ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
టీటీడీ ప్రజా సంబంధాల విభాగం ఆధ్వర్యంలో రైల్వే స్టేషన్, ఆర్టీసీ బస్టాండ్, అలిపిరి బస్టాండ్, అలిపిరి నడక మార్గం, విష్ణునివాసం, శ్రీనివాసం తదితర ప్రాంతాల్లో అదనపు సహాయ కేంద్రాలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సూచించారు.
మహతి కళాక్షేత్రం, రామచంద్ర పుష్కరిణి, అన్నమాచార్య ప్రాజెక్టులో నిర్వహించే సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలకు విస్తృత ప్రచారం కల్పించాలని తెలిపారు.
భక్తులకు అవసరమైన ప్రాంతాల్లో శ్రీవారి సేవకులను నియమించి సేవలను మరింత విస్తృతంగా అందించాలని టీటీడీ ముఖ్య ప్రజా సంబంధాల అధికారి డాక్టర్ టి. రవిని ఆదేశించారు.
శ్రీవారి వార్షిక, నవరాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు, పెరటాసి శనివారాల్లో అధిక భక్తుల రద్దీని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని ఇంజినీరింగ్ శాఖతో పాటు అన్ని విభాగాలు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేసి భక్తులకు అత్యుత్తమ సేవలు అందించాలని జేఈవో సూచించారు.
