TIRUPATI, DECEMBER 11: The TTD EO Sri IYR Krishna Rao gave a clarion call to the newly recruited employees of the temple management to make use of the god given opportunity of rendering service in the world’s renowned Hindu dharmic institute with dedication and perseverance.
In his address during the valedictory function of the 50-day training classes to the newly recruited TTD employees in SVETA on Saturday, the EO said, the temple administration of TTD which is managing the world’s richest temple of Lord Venkateswara is not only an icon of Hinduism but is a front runner for the promotion of Sanatana Hindu Dharma across the country.
EO said, by the orders of the then CM of Andhra Pradesh, Sri K.Rosaiah, the selection process of the candidates have taken place in an utmost transparent manner and the TTD top brass officials have not compromised in selecting the original talents. “With its ever increasing popularity, even a small lapse catches the global attention. But it does not mean that the entire TTD is in the web of corruption. The hard work and dedication of thousands of employees in the last 75-years is behind the colossal reputation of TTD. I am confident that youngsters like you will carry the legacy of TTD forward with much veneration”, he added.
The EO also said that the work of a TTD employee is not just limited to a department assignment and it also deals with the sentiments of millions of visiting pilgrims. “So it becomes the first and fore most responsibility of every employee of TTD to know about the rich heritage of the temple and the importance of Santana Dharma and more over the way to deal with the pilgrims and serve for the enhancement of the reputation of the institution. Here you should not forget that the service to pilgrims is service to God”, he maintained.
Earlier in his speech, JEO (Tirupati) Dr.N.Yuvraj asked the new employees of TTD to work with same zeal till their day of super-annuation.
Later the EO has given away participation certificates to all the newly recruited employees of TTD.

తిరుపతి, 2010 డిశెంబర్‌-11: తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానంలో శ్రీవారి కొలువులో ఉద్యోగ ప్రాప్తి అంటే అది పూర్వ జన్మ సుకృతమేనని, సాక్షాత్తు భగవంతుడు ఇచ్చిన ఈ సదవకాశాన్ని సద్వినియోగం చేసుకొని సంస్థ ప్రతిష్టను ఇనుమడింప చేయాడానికి కృషి చేయాలని నూతన ఉద్యోగస్థులకు తితిదే ఇ.ఓ శ్రీ ఐ.వై.ఆర్‌ కృష్ణారావు సూచించారు.
స్థానిక శ్వేతా భవనంలో శనివారం నాడు తితిదేలో ఇటీవల చేరిన నూతన ఉద్యోగస్థులకు గత 50రోజులుగా పరిపాలనా అంశాలు, ఆలయ ప్రశస్తి, హైందవ ధర్మ ప్రచారం, భక్తులకు-ఉద్యోగులకు నడుమ ఉండవలసిన సంబంధాలు, వ్యక్తిత్వ వికాసం వంటి పలు అంశాలపై ఇస్తున్న ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణా తరగతుల ముగింపు సభ జరిగింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఇ.ఓ. మాట్లాడుతూ ఏ సంస్థకైన ఆయువు పట్టు ఉద్యోగస్థులేనని అన్నారు.అప్పటి రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ కొణిజేటి రోశయ్య సూచన మేరకు పూర్తిస్థాయి పారదర్శకతతో వ్రాత పరీక్షల ద్వారా తితిదేలోని 186 ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేయడం జరిగింది అని అన్నారు.
ఈ ఉద్యోగ పర్వాన్ని అత్యంత పారదర్శకతతో నిర్వహించడంలో తితిదే తిరుపతి సంయుక్త కార్యనిర్వహణ అధికారి డా||యన్‌.యువరాజ్‌ ప్రధాన పాత్రను పోషించారు అని అన్నారు.తాము ఎన్ని ప్రయత్నాలు చేసినా భగవంతుని ఆజ్ఞలేనిదే తితిదేలో ఉద్యోగ ప్రాప్తి సాధ్యం కాదు అని అన్నారు. పూర్వజన్మ సుకృత ఫలంగా తితిదేలో సంప్రాప్తించిన ఈ ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాన్ని అత్యంత నిబద్ధతతో, కార్యదీక్షతతో,క్రమశిక్షణతతో, భక్తివిశ్వాసాలతో సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వర్తించాల్సిన బాధ్యత ఉద్యోగులపైనే ఉందని ఆయన ఉద్ఘాటించారు.
తితిదేలో ప్రతి పైసా భక్తునిదేనని, దానిని హైందవ ధర్మ ప్రచారానికి, వ్యాప్తికి వినియోగించుకోవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది అని అన్నారు.తితిదే ఒక భారతదేశంలోనే కాకుండా ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ప్రసిద్ధిగాంచిన హైందవధార్మిక సంస్థ అని అన్నారు.హైందవ ధర్మానికి ప్రతీకగా నిలుస్తున తితిదేపై ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్త దృష్టి ఉంటుంది అని అన్నారు. ఏ ఒక్క చిన్న సంఘటన చోటు చేసుకునా అది మీడియా వారిని ఆకర్షించడం సర్వసహజం అని అన్నారు. అంతమాత్రాన తితిదేలో పారదర్శకత లేదనుకోవడం సరికాదు అని అన్నారు. నేడు ప్రపంచ స్థాయికి తితిదే ధార్మిక సంస్థ ఎదిగింది అంటే ఇది ఉద్యోగుల కృషియేనని ఆయన అన్నారు.నూతన ఉద్యోగులు మరింత స్ఫూర్తితో తితిదే ప్రతిష్టను ఇంకా ఉన్నత స్థానానికి తీసుకువెళ్ళడానికి కృషి చేయాలని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
అంతకు పూర్వం జె.ఇ.ఓ శ్రీ యన్‌.యువరాజ్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ ఇతర ఉద్యోగ సంస్థలకు తితిదేకి చాలా వ్యత్యాసం ఉంది అన్నారు.తితిదేలో పనిచేసే ఉద్యోగులు ఏ ఒక్క విభాగానికే పరిమితం కాకుండా అన్ని అంశాలపై కూడా అవగాహన పెంచుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది అన్నారు.ఎందుకంటే వీరి పాత్ర కేవలం పరిపాలనా అంశాలకే పరిమితం కాదని భగవంతునికి భక్తునికి అనుసంధాన కర్తలుగా కూడా వ్యవహరించాల్సి ఉంటుంది అన్నారు.చేరిన క్రొత్తలో ఉండే ఉత్సాహాన్నే తాము పదవీవిరమణ చేసే వరకు అదే ఉత్సుకతతో, చిత్త శుద్ధితో పనిచేయాలి అని సూచించారు.
అనంతరం ఈ శిక్షణా తరగతులో పాల్గొని శిక్షణ పొందిన పలువురు నూతన ఉద్యోగస్థులు తమ అనుభూతులను తెలిపారు.తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానం వంటి ప్రఖ్యాత ధార్మిక సంస్థలో ఉద్యోగం పొందటం తమ పూర్వజన్మ సుకృతం అని, తాము స్వామివారి సేవలో అత్యంత నిష్టాగరిష్టతతో, అకుంఠిత దీక్షతో సంస్థ ఉన్నతికి కృషి చేస్తామని ఉద్ఘాటించారు.
