VONTIMITTA BRAHMOTSAVAM ARRANGEMENTS REVIEWED _ ఒంటిమిట్ట బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో ప్రత్యేక కంట్రోల్‌ రూమ్‌ ఏర్పాటు – టిటిడి జెఈవో శ్రీ వీరబ్రహ్మం
TIRUPATI, 06 MARCH 2023: In the wake of the annual brahmotsavams and State Festival of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam at Vontimitta Kodandaramalayam from March 31 to April 8, TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam held a review meeting with all the department heads on Monday.
During the meeting at his chambers in TTD Administrative Building, the JEO directed officials concerned to prepare an action plan on various preparatory activities to be executed for the mega religious festival in YSR Kadapa district.
He instructed the officials to complete the pending works if any as the event is just three weeks away. He also reviewed the arrangements of the deputation of officials and employees, deployment of Srivari Sevaks, accommodation, preparation of Talambralu, Annaprasadams, sanitation, engineering works, floral decorations, Bhajana teams, security measures etc.
He also directed the vigilance officials to coordinate with the local police and make necessary parking and security arrangements for the visiting devotees especially at Kalyana Vedika on the day of celestial marriage on April 5.
As the summer is severe during that time, he instructed the concerned to keep ready water and buttermilk to be distributed among the devotees. He made some valuable suggestions on the packing and distribution of Talambralu. The JEO directed the concerned over the electrical, floral decorations, printing and distribution of booklets, posters etc. The JEO instructed the Vigilance department to set up a control room to monitor and ensure smooth conduct of annual fete especially the State Festival of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam.

తిరుపతి, 2023 మార్చి 06: ఒంటిమిట్ట శ్రీ కోదండరామస్వామివారి ఆలయంలో మార్చి 31 నుంచి ఏప్రిల్‌ 8వ తేదీ వరకు నిర్వహించే బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో వివిధ విభాగాల మధ్య సమన్వయం కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా కంట్రోల్‌ రూమ్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని టిటిడి జెఈవో శ్రీ వీరబ్రహ్మం విజిలెన్స్‌ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. టిటిడి పరిపాలన భవనంలో సోమవారం ఆయన ఒంటిమిట్ట బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల నిర్వహణపై అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ ఏప్రిల్‌ 5వ తేదీన శ్రీ కోదండరామస్వామి కల్యాణోత్సవాన్ని అంగరంగ వైభవంగా నిర్వహించడానికి అవసరమైన ఏర్పాట్లు ప్రారంభించాలన్నారు. కల్యాణానికి పెద్దసంఖ్యలో భక్తులు హాజరయ్యే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌ జిల్లా అధికార యంత్రాంగంతో సమన్వయం చేసుకుని టిటిడిలోని అన్ని విభాగాల అధికారులు సమర్థవంతంగా పని చేయాలన్నారు. భక్తుల సంఖ్యకు సరిపడా తాగునీరు, మజ్జిగ పంపిణీకి తగిన ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలని కోరారు. స్వామివారి కల్యాణం అనంతరం ప్రతి భక్తుడికీ అక్షింతలు, కంకణాలు, పసుపు కుంకుమ అందేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని ఆలయ అధికారులకు సూచించారు. పుష్పాలు, విద్యుత్‌ అలంకరణలతో కల్యాణవేదికను ఆకర్షణీయంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్నారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో నిర్వహించే వాహనసేవల ముందు, కల్యాణవేదికపై అద్భుతమైన కళాప్రదర్శనలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని హెచ్‌డిపిపి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల పోస్టర్లు, బుక్‌లెట్లు త్వరగా ముద్రించి విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారం చేయాలని చెప్పారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు, ప్రత్యేకించి కల్యాణోత్సవం రోజున భక్తులకు చిన్నపాటి ఇబ్బంది కలిగినా తక్షణమే స్పందించి సమస్యను పరిష్కరించేలా కంట్రోల్‌ రూమ్‌ పని చేయాలన్నారు. డెప్యుటేషన్‌ సిబ్బందికి అన్నప్రసాదాలు, వసతి ఏర్పాట్లపై ముందస్తుగా ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేయాలన్నారు. ఆలయ పరిసర ప్రాంతాలతోపాటు కల్యాణవేదిక ప్రాంగణంలో అవసరమైనన్ని ఎల్‌ఇడి స్క్రీన్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని, గ్యాలరీల్లో కూర్చునే భక్తులకు ఎండవేడిమి నుండి ఉపశమనం కల్పించేందుకు తగినన్ని కూలర్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్నారు. ఈ ప్రాంతంలో క్యూలైన్లు, అన్నప్రసాదాల పంపిణీకి ప్రత్యేక కౌంటర్లు ఏర్పాటు కోసం వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌ జిల్లా అధికారులతో కలిసి ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలన్నారు. ట్రాఫిక్‌కు అంతరాయం కలగకుండా వాహనాల పార్కింగ్‌ కోసం తగినన్ని ప్రదేశాలు సిద్ధం చేయాలన్నారు. ప్రత్యేక వైద్య బృందాలు, ప్రథమ చికిత్స కేంద్రాలు, మందులు సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
