Tirumala, 29 August 2022: TTD has once again reiterated that devotees should not trust the misleading campaign about the delay in refunding the caution deposit amounts.

In a statement on Monday TTD said that some vested interests are deliberately alleging that the caution Deposit amount of devotees is being utilised by the State Government and hence the delay in being credited to their bank accounts which is completely baseless.

TTD has complained on Monday at the Tirumala Two town Police station against MLC Sri B.Tech Ravi for such a deceitful campaign against TTD.

TTD said after the devotees who booked the rooms either in online or current, vacate the room, the caution deposit eligibility statement will be sent either to Federal Bank or HDFC bank before 3 pm of the next day. These banks complete the refunding mechanism by midnight of same day to merchant services who in turn give credit to the customers bank accounts by next day.

TTD also clarified that if any delay in amounts credited by concerned customer banks to devotees accounts’ is brought to its notice by the devotee either through email or to call Centres TTD will direct them to enquire concerned bank furnishing all details.

As per RBI norms, the CD amount will have to be refunded within seven Bank working days. However, since July 11 this year onwards TTD has adopted the UPI mode to effect refund system to devotees within 4-5 days enabling direct refund to devotee’s bank accounts avoiding further delay.

When this is the truth, some vested elements have been deliberately conducting malicious campaign against TTD.

TTD once again asserted that it would resort to legal action on those who perpetuated in falsehood and deceitful campaign against the religious institution impacting the sentiments of millions of devotees.

తిరుమల, 2022 ఆగ‌స్టు 29: కాష‌న్ డిపాజిట్ సొమ్మును రాష్ట్ర ప్ర‌భుత్వం వినియోగించుకుంటోంద‌ని, ఈ కార‌ణంగానే ఆల‌స్యంగా భ‌క్తుల ఖాతాల్లోకి చేరుతోంద‌ని కొంద‌రు ప‌నిగ‌ట్టుకుని దుష్ప్ర‌చారం చేస్తున్నార‌ని, ఇలాంటి అవాస్త‌వాల‌ను భక్తులు న‌మ్మ‌వ‌ద్ద‌ని టిటిడి విజ్ఞ‌ప్తి చేస్తోంది. కాష‌న్ డిపాజిట్ సొమ్మును భ‌క్తుల ఖాతాల్లోకి పంపుతున్నామ‌ని తెలియ‌జేసింది. ఈ విష‌యంలో అవాస్త‌వాల‌ను ప్ర‌చారం చేసిన ఎంఎల్‌సి శ్రీ బీటెక్ ర‌విపై టిటిడి అధికారులు సోమ‌వారం తిరుమ‌ల టూ టౌన్ పోలీసుల‌కు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు.

తిరుమ‌ల శ్రీ‌వారి ద‌ర్శ‌నార్థం వ‌చ్చే భ‌క్తులు క‌రంట్ బుకింగ్‌, ఆన్‌లైన్ బుకింగ్ విధానంలో గ‌దులు బుక్ చేసుకుంటున్నారు. భ‌క్తులు గ‌దులు ఖాళీ చేసిన త‌రువాతి రోజు మ‌ధ్యాహ్నం 3 గంట‌ల‌లోపు కాష‌న్ డిపాజిట్ రీఫండ్ ఎలిజిబిలిటి స్టేట్‌మెంట్‌ను అధీకృత బ్యాంకులైన ఫెడ‌ర‌ల్ బ్యాంకు లేదా హెచ్‌డిఎఫ్‌సి బ్యాంకుల‌కు పంపడం జ‌రుగుతుంది. ఈ బ్యాంకుల అధికారులు అదేరోజు అర్ధ‌రాత్రి 12 గంట‌ల‌లోపు(బ్యాంకు ప‌నిదినాల్లో) సంబంధిత మ‌ర్చంట్ స‌ర్వీసెస్‌కు పంపుతారు. మ‌ర్చంట్ స‌ర్వీసెస్ వారు మ‌రుస‌టిరోజు క‌స్ట‌మ‌ర్ బ్యాంకు అకౌంట్‌కు పంప‌డం జ‌రుగుతుంది. క‌స్ట‌మ‌ర్ బ్యాంకు వారు సంబంధిత అమౌంట్ క‌న్ఫ‌ర్మేష‌న్ మెసేజ్‌(ఏఆర్ నంబ‌రు)ను, సొమ్మును సంబంధిత భ‌క్తుల అకౌంట్‌కు పంపుతారు. క‌స్ట‌మ‌ర్ బ్యాంకు వారు భ‌క్తుల అకౌంట్‌కు సొమ్ము చెల్లించ‌డంలో జాప్యం జ‌రుగుతోంద‌ని టిటిడి గుర్తించ‌డం జ‌రిగింది. ఒక‌వేళ భ‌క్తులు యాత్రికుల స‌మాచార కేంద్రాలు, కాల్ సెంట‌ర్, ఈ-మెయిల్‌ ద్వారా స‌మ‌స్య‌ను టిటిడి దృష్టికి తీసుకొచ్చిన ప‌క్షంలో పైవివ‌రాల‌తో సంబంధిత బ్యాంకుల్లో విచార‌ణ చేయాల‌ని భ‌క్తుల‌కు సూచించ‌డం జ‌రుగుతోంది.

రిజ‌ర్వ్ బ్యాంకు ఆఫ్ ఇండియా నిబంధ‌న‌ల ప్ర‌కారం 7 బ్యాంకు ప‌నిదినాల్లో కాష‌న్ డిపాజిట్ రీఫండ్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఈ ఏడాది జులై 11 నుండి 4, 5 రోజుల్లో రీఫండ్ చేరే విధంగా టిటిడి యుపిఐ విధానంలో రీఫండ్ చేయ‌డం జ‌రుగుతోంది. దీనివ‌ల్ల నేరుగా భ‌క్తుల అకౌంట్‌కే రీఫండ్ సొమ్ము చెల్లించ‌డం జ‌రుగుతోంది.

ఇదిలా ఉండ‌గా కొంద‌రు వ్య‌క్తులు ప‌నిగ‌ట్టుకుని కాష‌న్ డిపాజిట్‌కు సంబంధించి టిటిడిపై దుష్ప్ర‌చారం చేయ‌డం మంచిది కాదు. వాస్తవంగా కాష‌న్ డిపాజిట్ సొమ్ము నేరుగా భ‌క్తుల ఖాతాల‌కే చేరుతుంది. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం, టిటిడి వినియోగించుకుంటున్నాయని ఆరోపించడం శోచనీయం. వాస్త‌వాల‌ను నిర్ధారించుకోకుండా అవాస్తవాలను ప్రచారం చేసే వారిపై చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని టిటిడి తెలియజేస్తోంది.
