Tirupati, 27 August 2021: Keep updated on the information pertaining to all wings at their fingertips and work with discipline and commitment to enhance the prestige and reputation of the institution, exhorted TTD JEO, Smt Sada Bhargavi.
Addressing to all the newly promoted on Friday in the Conference Hall of TTD Administrative Building she said all the employees shall be given a weeklong training program at SVETA.
She handed over appointment letters to all the 11 employees who are being promoted to AEO cadre from the post of Superintendent.
The JEO urged them to work efficiently and complete assigned work within schedule. She said all workers should attend office work punctually and also wear traditional attire in office.
She said all important files and documents should be preserved both in the computers and also in registers. All retiring officials should be handed over their benefits in Cheque form on the day of their relinquishing office and the exercise should commence at least 6 months in advance.
She said all compassionate jobs should be processed within 30 days after receiving applications within 11 days of receiving representation from the kin of the employee after death.

సూప‌రింటెండెంట్లుగా ప‌ని చేస్తూ ఏఈవోలుగా ప‌దోన్న‌తి పొందిన 11 మందికి శుక్ర‌వారం సాయంత్రం నియామ‌క ఉత్త‌ర్వులు అందించారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్బంగా ప‌రిపాల‌న భ‌వ‌నంలోని స‌మావేశ మందిరంలో జెఈవో వారితో స‌మావేశ‌మ‌య్యారు. జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, విధి నిర్వ‌హ‌ణ‌లో నైపుణ్యం ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శించి, అప్ప‌గించిన ప‌నులు నిర్ణీత వ్య‌వ‌ధిలో పూర్తి చేయాల‌న్నారు. ఉద్యోగులు స‌మయానికి కార్యాల‌యాల‌కు వ‌చ్చేలా చూసుకోవాల‌ని, సాధ్య‌మైనంత వ‌ర‌కు ప్ర‌తి రోజు సంప్ర‌దాయ దుస్తులు ధ‌రించి కార్యాల‌యాల‌కు రావాల‌న్నారు.
ముఖ్య‌మైన ఫైళ్ళు కంప్యూట‌ర్‌తో పాటు రిజిస్ట‌ర్ రూపంలో కూడా భ‌ద్ర ప‌రుచుకోవాల‌ని అన్నారు. ఉద్యోగులకు రావ‌ల‌సిన అన్ని ర‌కాల మొత్తాల‌ను రిటైర్‌మెంట్ రోజే చెక్కు ద్వారా అందించే ఏర్పాటు చేయాల‌న్నారు. ఉద్యోగి రిటైర్డ్ కావ‌డానికి ఆరు నెల‌ల ముందు నుంచే ఏఈవోలు ఈ ప్ర‌క్రియ ప్రారంభించాల‌ని చెప్పారు. కారుణ్య నియ‌మ‌కాల విష‌యంలో శ్ర‌ద్ధ తీసుకుని మ‌ర‌ణించిన ఉద్యోగి కుటుంబీకుల నుంచి 11 రోజుల్లోపు ద‌ర‌ఖాస్తు స్వీక‌రించి 30 రోజుల్లోపు ఉద్యోగం వ‌చ్చేలా చూడాల‌న్నారు.
ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మంలో డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ గోవింద‌రాజ‌న్‌, ప్ర‌జా సంబంధాల అధికారి డా.టి.ర‌వి పాల్గొన్నారు.
