62 ACRES OF LAND ALLOTTED TO TTD BY GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU _ జమ్మూ లో శ్రీవారి ఆలయ నిర్మాణానికి 62 ఎకరాల భూమి కేటాయింపు
Tirupati, 1 Apr. 21: The Government of Jammu has allotted 496 Kanal 17 marla which is equal to 62 acres of land in Majeen village of Jammu district to TTD towards the construction of Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple and its allied structures.
The allotted land to TTD will be for a lease period of 40 years at a minimum price of 10 rupees per Kanal per annum without charge of any premium as per GO. No.32 JK (Rev) of 2021, dated 31-03-2021.
The lease shall be governed under J & K Land Grants Act of 1960.

తిరుపతి 1 ఏప్రిల్ 2021: జమ్మూ లో శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి వారి ఆలయ నిర్మాణం కోసం జమ్మూకాశ్మీర్ ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వు నెంబర్ 32 జెకె – (రెవెన్యూ) 2021 మేరకు టీటీడీ కి ( 496 కనాల్ 17 మర్ల ) 62 ఎకరాల భూమి కేటాయిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. ఈ ఉత్తర్వుల కాపీ గురువారం సాయంత్రం టీటీడీ కి అందింది.
జమ్మూ జిల్లా మజిన్ గ్రామంలో ఈ భూమి కేటాయించారు. జమ్మూకాశ్మీర్ ప్రభుత్వ భూ కేటాయింపుల చట్టం 1960 మేరకు కనాల్ కు రూ. 10 చొప్పున నామ మాత్రపు లీజు తో 40 సంవత్సరాల కాలానికి ఈ భూమి కేటాయించింది.
