Tirupati, August 15, 2026: The 80th Independence Day celebrations were held grandly at the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Saturday.
TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu hoisted the national flag at the Parade Ground and received the guard of honour from TTD security personnel. The parade, led by AVSO Sri Janardhan as Parade Commander, was impressive.
On the occasion, 38 officers and 281 employees from various departments, along with six employees each from SVIMS and SVBC, were honoured for their outstanding service. Each was presented with a five-gram Srivari silver dollar and an appreciation certificate.
Cash awards were also presented to 62 meritorious children of TTD employees. Of them, 33 students who excelled in Intermediate received Rs.4,116 each, while 29 Class X meritorious students received Rs.2,116 each.
Patriotic Cultural Programmes
Students of the SV College of Music and Dance presented colourful performances to patriotic songs, including “Ye Desamegina, Endu Kaledina,” “Bhavatu Bharati” and “Adivo Alladivo.” Their performances received appreciation from the gathering.

తిరుపతి, 2026 ఆగష్టు 15: తిరుపతి టీటీడీ పరిపాలనా భవనంలో భారత స్వాతంత్య్ర వేడుకలు శనివారం ఘనంగా జరిగాయి. ఇక్కడి పరేడ్ మైదానంలో టీటీడీ ఛైర్మన్ శ్రీ బీఆర్ నాయుడు జాతీయ జెండాను ఎగురవేసి వందనం చేశారు. భద్రతా సిబ్బంది నుండి గౌరవ వందనం స్వీకరించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా టీటీడీ భద్రతా సిబ్బంది చేసిన కవాతు ఆకట్టుకుంది. ఎవిఎస్వో శ్రీ జనార్థన్ పెరేడ్ కమాండర్గా వ్యవహరించారు. అనంతరం టీటీడీ ఛైర్మన్ ఉద్యోగులను ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించారు. ఆ తరువాత విధుల్లో ఉత్తమసేవలు అందించిన వివిధ విభాగాలకు చెందిన 38 మంది అధికారులు, 281 మంది ఉద్యోగులకు, స్విమ్స్లో 6 మంది, ఎస్వీబీసీలో 6 మంది ఉద్యోగులకు ఐదు గ్రాముల శ్రీవారి వెండి డాలర్, ప్రశంసాపత్రం అందజేశారు. అదేవిధంగా ఉద్యోగుల పిల్లలకు సంబంధించి ఇంటర్లో ప్రతిభ కనబరిచిన 33 మంది విద్యార్థులకు 4,116/-, 10వ తరగతిలో ప్రతిభ కనబరిచిన 29 మంది విద్యార్థులకు 2,116/- నగదు బహుమతులు అందజేశారు.
ఆకట్టుకున్న సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు
సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాల్లో భాగంగా ఎస్వీ సంగీత, నృత్య కళాశాల విద్యార్థినులు “ఏ దేశమేగినా ఎందు కాలెడినా…..”, “ భవతు భారతి…”, “ అదివో అల్లదివో…” తదితర దేశభక్తి గీతాలకు చక్కటి నృత్యం ప్రదర్శించారు.
