DIRECTS OFFICIALS TO ENSURE SMOOTH AND COMFORTABLE GARUDA SEVA FOR DEVOTEES
Tirumala, September 19, 2026: TTD Executive Officer Sri Muddada Ravichandra inspected the facilities and arrangements made for devotees in the galleries on Saturday morning, ahead of the grand Garuda Seva during the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams.
Accompanied by officials, the EO reviewed the arrangements from the Srivari Temple to the galleries and directed all departments to work in close coordination to ensure that devotees face no inconvenience.
Immediate Response to Devotee Needs
The EO instructed officials from Medical, Annaprasadam, Police, Sanitation, Vigilance, Srivari Seva, Engineering, Electrical and Emergency Medical Services to remain vigilant in the galleries. He directed them to promptly identify and resolve devotees’ issues and immediately bring any major concerns to the notice of senior officials.
EO Interacts with Devotees
The EO personally interacted with devotees in the galleries and enquired about Annaprasadam, drinking water, toilets, medical services, Srivari Sevaks and other facilities provided by TTD. He also inspected the purified drinking water being supplied to devotees.
Devotees Express Satisfaction
Devotees from Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Hyderabad, Anantapur, Nanded, Kerala, Delhi and other places expressed satisfaction with the facilities and arrangements made by TTD.

తిరుమల, 2026 సెప్టెంబరు 19: శ్రీవారి సాలకట్ల బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో అత్యంత వైభవంగా జరిగే గరుడసేవను పురస్కరించుకుని గ్యాలరీల్లో భక్తుల కోసం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సౌకర్యాలను టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ ముద్దాడ రవిచంద్ర శనివారం ఉదయం పరిశీలించారు.
శ్రీవారి ఆలయం నుంచి గ్యాలరీలలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సౌకర్యాలను అధికారులతో కలిసి ఏర్పాట్లను పరిశీలించిన ఈవో, భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు కలగకుండా శాఖల వారీగా పటిష్టమైన సమన్వయ యంత్రాంగాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
సమస్యలపై తక్షణ స్పందన
ముఖ్యంగా వైద్యం, అన్నప్రసాదాలు, పోలీసు, పారిశుధ్యం, విజిలెన్స్, శ్రీవారి సేవ, ఇంజనీరింగ్, ఎలక్ట్రికల్, అత్యవసర వైద్య సేవలు తదితర విభాగాల అధికారులు గ్యాలరీల్లో ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ వహించాలని సూచించారు. భక్తుల సమస్యలను వెంటనే గుర్తించి పరిష్కరించడంతో పాటు, అవసరమైన అంశాలను ఉన్నతాధికారుల దృష్టికి తక్షణమే తీసుకురావాలని ఆదేశించారు.

అనంతరం గ్యాలరీల్లోని భక్తులతో ఈవో స్వయంగా మాట్లాడి అన్నప్రసాదాలు, తాగునీరు, మరుగుదొడ్లు, వైద్య సేవలు, శ్రీవారి సేవకుల సేవలు, టీటీడీ సిబ్బంది అందిస్తున్న సౌకర్యాలపై వారి అభిప్రాయాలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. భక్తులకు అందిస్తున్న శుద్ధి చేసిన జలప్రసాదాన్ని పరిశీలించారు.
