TIRUPATI, 12 MARCH 2022:TTD EO Dr. KS Jawahar Reddy has directed the Engineering officials to implement the M book in a full-fledged manner soon.
During the review meeting held in his chambers of the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Saturday, he said the outcome was good in the trial run done within EE 2 and 5 divisions.
He said this system will enhance the transparency of works and assess the progress of works as it is recorded online from the workplace itself. If any technical issue arises the TCS team should immediately attend to it, he directed the concerned. He instructed the IT wing to procure necessary laptops, tabs within ten days.
JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, FACAO Sri Balaji, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SEs Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Sri Satyanarayana, Sri Venkateswarulu, IT Chief Sri Sesha Reddy, and others were also present.
EO REVIEWS ON SRIVANI
As a part of its noble mission of propagation and protection of Hindu Sanatana Dharma, TTD has been constructing temples in agency, backward, and fishermen areas across the Telugu states with the funds of SRIVANI Trust.
In connection with this TTD EO also reviewed the progress of works of the temples which are under dilapidated condition, newly sanctioned ones at Rs.543lakhs, and made some directives to the officials concerned.
VENGAMAMBA DHYANAMANDIRAM ALSO REVIEWED
Earlier, the EO also reviewed the progress of works with respect to Tarigonda Vengamamba Dhyana Mandiram coming up in Tirumala.
He also convened a meeting with Engineering experts from Amrita University to ensure measures on how to avoid the boulders falling in ghats during inclement weather conditions.
The expert team member Dr. K Sudesh Vadavan said the study is still underway and they will submit the report of recommendations in another 15 days.

తిరుపతి 12 మార్చి 2022: టీటీడీ ఇంజినీరింగ్ విభాగంలో ఈ ఎంబుక్ ను త్వరలో పూర్తిస్థాయిలో అమలు చేయాలని టీటీడీ ఈవో డాక్టర్ కెఎస్ జవహర్ రెడ్డి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తిరుపతిలోని పరిపాలన భవనంలో శనివారం ఆయన ఈ ఎం బుక్ అమలు పై అధికారులతో సమీక్షించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, ఈ ఈ 2 , ఈ ఈ 5 డివిజన్ల పరిధిలో ట్రైల్ రన్ కింద అమలు చేసిన ఈ ఎం బుక్ విధానం సంతృప్తి కరంగా ఉందన్నారు. మిగిలిన విభాగాల్లో ఈ విధానాన్ని త్వరితగతిన అమలు చేయాలన్నారు. ఇందుకు అవసరమైన ట్యాబ్ లు, లాప్టాప్ లను పది రోజుల్లో కొనుగోలు చేయాలని ఐటి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ ఎం బుక్ వల్ల ఇంజనీరింగ్ విభాగంలో పారదర్శకత పెరిగి, తప్పులు జరగడానికి అవకాశం ఉండదని ఈవో చెప్పారు. ఇంజినీరింగ్ అధికారులు పని జరుగుతున్న ప్రాంతం నుంచే ఆన్లైన్లో రికార్డు చేయడంవల్ల పని వేగంగా పూర్తవుతుందని అన్నారు. రెండవ విడతలో అమలు చేయబోతున్న ఈ విధానంలో ఏమైన సాంకేతిక సమస్యలు తలెత్తితే ఐటి నిపుణులు వెంటనే స్పందించాలని అన్నారు.
రాష్ట్రంలోని పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో పురాతన ఆలయాల పునరుద్ధరణ, నిర్మాణం, ఎస్టీ, ఎస్సీ, బిసి ప్రాంతాల్లో శ్రీవాణి ట్రస్ట్ ద్వారా టీటీడీ ముమ్మరంగా ఆలయాలు నిర్మిస్తున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఇందులో భాగంగా, ఈవో డాక్టర్ జవహర్ రెడ్డి శ్రీవాణి ట్రస్ట్ అమలు పై జరిగిన సమీక్షలో రూ. 543 లక్షలతో రాష్ట్రంలోని పలు ఆలయాల నిర్మాణం, జీర్ణోద్ధరణకు నిధులు మంజూరు చేశారు. ఇప్పటికే మంజూరు చేసిన, నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న ఆలయాల నిర్మాణాల పురోగతిపై సమీక్షించి అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
జెఈవో శ్రీ వీరబ్రహ్మం, సివి ఎస్వో శ్రీ గోపీనాథ్ జెట్టి, ఎఫ్ఎసిఎఓ శ్రీ బాలాజి, చీఫ్ ఇంజినీర్ శ్రీ నాగేశ్వరరావు, ఎస్ఈ లు శ్రీ జగదీశ్వర్ రెడ్డి, శ్రీ సత్యనారాయణ, శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర్లు, ఐటి విభాగం జిఎం శ్రీ శేషారెడ్డి, టీసీఎస్ అధికారులు సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
అంతకు ముందు ఈవో శ్రీ జవహర్ రెడ్డి తిరుమలలోని మాతృశ్రీ తరిగొండ వెంగమాంబ ధ్యాన మందిరం డిజైన్లను పరిశీలించి, ఇందులో కొన్ని మార్పులు సూచించారు.
ఆ తరువాత తిరుమల ఘాట్ రోడ్లలో కొండ చరియలు విరిగి పడకుండా తీసుకోవాల్సిన జాగ్రత్తలపై అమృత యూనివర్సిటీ ఇంజినీరింగ్ విభాగం నిపుణులతో సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. అధ్యయనం ఇంకా జరుగుతోందని మరో 15 రోజుల్లో సిఫారసులు నివేదిక అందిస్తామని యూనివర్సిటీ నిపుణులు డాక్టర్ కె. సుదేష్ వాదావన్ ఈవో కు తెలియజేశారు.
