Tirumala, 12 October 2018 TTD is fully geared to meet the challenges of the devotee rush in view of Navaratri Brahmanisms, Dasara holidays and holy Peritasi month TTD, Tirumala JEO Sri K S Sreenivasaraju has said.
Addressing a review meeting of TTD officials at the conference room in front of Ram bagicha Rest house on Friday, the JEO urged the officials to be fully prepared to meet the challenges of the holiday crowds and the Peritasi rush during the Navarastri Brahmotsavams.
The JEO said the devotee crowds were spiraling day after day in view of holidays and officials should make advance preparations in view of devotee darshan, accommodation, laddu prasadam, Anna prasadam, drinking water, Medicare and other services in a planned manner.
He said the officials should display transparency in allotment of accommodation on first come first serve basis and the vigilance officials should make frequent inspections to ensure hassle free transactions to the devotees. He also advised the trainee IAS officials Dhyanchand (Karnataka), Praveen Aditya, Vishwanathan (Tamil Nadu, Gopalakrishna (Srikakulam), Dinesh Kumar (Vijayawada) to review the arrangements made for vashana seva, crowd management, Annaprasadam distribution, Accommodations etc.
He also wanted the officials to make advance preparations for all devotee needs for the Garuda seva on October 14th and also lauded the selfless and dedicated services rendered by the TTD employees to devotees of Lord Venkateswara.
Among others TTD in charge CV &SO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, SEs- Sri Ramachandra Reddy. Sri Sudhakar Babu, Sri Venkateswarlu, Transport GM. Sri Sesha Reddy, VGOs Sri Ravindra Reddy, Smt Sadalakshmi, Health officer Dr Sharmista participated in the meeting.

తిరుమల, 12 అక్టోబర్, 2018: శ్రీవారి నవరాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు, దసరా సెలవులు, పెరటాశి మాసం నేపథ్యంలో భక్తుల రద్దీకి తగ్గట్లు ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని టిటిడి తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీ కె.ఎస్.శ్రీనివాసరాజు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తిరుమల‌లోని రాంభ‌గీచా వసతి గృహం ఎదురుగా ఉన్న సమావేశ మందిరంలో శుక్రవారం ఉదయం జెఈవో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ వరుస సెలవులు, పెరటాశి మాసం సందర్భంగా తిరుమలలో భక్తుల రద్దీ అధికమవుతుందని, అందుకు తగ్గట్లు ముందస్తు ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలన్నారు. భక్తులకు దర్శనం, వసతి, లడ్డూ ప్రసాదాలు, అన్నప్రసాదం, తాగునీరు, వైద్యం, తదితర సౌకర్యాలను ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలన్నారు. భక్తులకు వసతి కేటాయింపులో అధికారులు మరింత పారదర్శకత పాటించాలని, ముందు వచ్చిన వారికి ముందు వసతి అనే నియమావళి ప్రకారం గదులు కేటాయించాలన్నారు. విజిలెన్స్ అధికారులు తరచూ తనిఖీలు చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు.
నవరాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల ఏర్పాట్లు, వసతి, అన్నప్రసాదాల పంపిణీ, రద్దీ నిర్వహణ, వాహనసేవలను పరిశీలించాలని సమావేశానికి వచ్చిన శిక్షణలో ఉన్న ఐఏఎస్ లు ధ్యానచంద్ ( కర్నాటక), ప్రవీణ్ ఆదిత్య, విశ్వనాథన్ (తమిళనాడు), గోపాలకృష్ణ ( శ్రీకాకుళం), దినేష్ కుమార్ (విజయవాడ) లను జెఈవో కోరారు.
14వ తేది గరుడసేవ రోజున భక్తులకు అవసరమైన సౌకర్యాలను ముందస్తుగా సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలన్నారు. శ్రీవారి భక్తులకు అంకితభావంతో విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్న టిటిడి ఉద్యోగులను జెఈవో అభినందించారు.
