Tirupati, 20 October 2022: TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Thursday made a sudden inspection of the Luggage deposit centre at Alipiri following a social media post which went viral that the luggage was handled indiscriminately.
Without informing TTD officials and the concerned wing the TTD Chairman made a surprise visit to the luggage Centre to validate the truth behind the social media post and interacted with devotees over the process of transportation of the baggage to Tirumala.
Speaking later the TTD Chairman said there was no truth in the allegations of opposition parties and the social media posts. He said the employees are discharging their functionaries with perfection with regard to transporting the luggage of devotees.

తిరుపతి 20 అక్టోబరు 2022: అలిపిరి వద్ద గల టీటీడీ యాత్రికుల లగేజీ డిపాజిట్ కేంద్రాన్ని టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ వైవి సుబ్బారెడ్డి గురువారం ఆకస్మిక తనిఖీ చేశారు. భక్తుల లగేజీ బ్యాగులను సిబ్బంది ఇష్టానుసారంగా వ్యాన్ లోకి విసరేస్తూ లోడ్ చేస్తున్నారంటూ ఇటీవల సోషల్ మీడియాలో కొంతమంది వ్యక్తులు వీడియో పోస్ట్ చేసిన విషయంపై శ్రీ వైవి సుబ్బారెడ్డి స్పందించారు. అధికారులు, సిబ్బందికి ఎలాంటి సమాచారం ఇవ్వకుండా చైర్మన్ లగేజీ డిపాజిట్ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్ళారు. పలువురు భక్తులతో లగేజీ అప్పగింత గురించి మాట్లాడారు. బ్యాగులు తీసుకుని వాటిని వ్యాన్ లో ఎక్కించి తిరుమలకు తరలించే విధానాన్ని స్వయంగా పరిశీలించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా చైర్మన్ శ్రీ వైవి సుబ్బారెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ, సోషల్ మీడియాలో కొందరు వ్యక్తులు, ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీలు చేసిన ప్రచారంలో ఏ మాత్రం వాస్తవం లేదని చెప్పారు. భక్తుల లగేజీ కేంద్రాలు చక్కగా పనిచేస్తున్నాయని చెప్పారు.
