Tirupati, August 31, 2026: The rich experience of employees who have rendered dedicated service to TTD for several years is highly valuable to the organisation and can serve as a guide for future generations, said TTD Executive Officer Sri Muddada Ravichandra.
A felicitation programme was organised by the TTD Employees Welfare Department at Mahati Auditorium, Tirupati, on Monday to honour 16 retiring employees. The EO inaugurated the programme by lighting the traditional lamp.
Share Service Experiences with Colleagues
The EO urged retiring employees to document important incidents, challenges and valuable lessons from their service and share them with their colleagues. Such practical knowledge from experienced employees will help future generations perform their duties more effectively, he said.
Retirement Benefits on the Day of Retirement
The EO said TTD has taken steps to complete retirement-related service formalities in advance and ensure that all eligible benefits are provided without delay. Efforts are being made to credit the benefits to employees’ accounts on the day of their retirement itself, he said.
Education and Discipline Lead to Success
The EO advised students to set clear goals, maintain discipline and work hard to achieve success in life. He urged them to value the sacrifices of their parents and give priority to education, which provides better opportunities as well as respect in society.
Retiring Employees Felicitated
The retiring employees were honoured with shawls and presented with Srivari Laddu Prasadam. Vedic scholars blessed them with Veda Ashirvachanam.

తిరుపతి, 2026 ఆగస్టు 31: టీటీడీలో సుదీర్ఘకాలం అంకితభావంతో సేవలందించి పదవీ విరమణ పొందుతున్న ఉద్యోగుల అనుభవాలు సంస్థకు ఎంతో విలువైనవని, వారి సేవానుభవాలు భవిష్యత్తు తరాలకు మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలుస్తాయని టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ ముద్దాడ రవిచంద్ర అన్నారు.
తిరుపతిలోని మహతి ఆడిటోరియంలో టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమ విభాగం ఆధ్వర్యంలో సోమవారం 16 మంది పదవీ విరమణ ఉద్యోగులకు సామూహిక సన్మాన కార్యక్రమం ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని టిటిడి ఈవో జ్యోతి ప్రజ్వలన చేసి ప్రారంభించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, టీటీడీలో ఎన్నో సంవత్సరాలుగా విధులు నిర్వహించిన ఉద్యోగులు తమ సేవా కాలంలో ఎదుర్కొన్న ముఖ్యమైన సంఘటనలు, సవాళ్లు, వాటిని అధిగమించిన విధానాలు, విధి నిర్వహణలో పొందిన అనుభవాలను నోట్ రూపంలో సిద్ధం చేసి సహచర ఉద్యోగులతో పంచుకోవాలని సూచించారు.

విద్యార్థులు క్రమశిక్షణతో తమ లక్ష్యాలను నిర్దేశించుకుని, పట్టుదలతో కష్టపడి చదివి జీవితంలో ఉన్నత స్థాయికి చేరుకోవాలని ఈవో పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
తల్లిదండ్రులు పడుతున్న కష్టాలను గుర్తించి విద్యపై ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ చూపాలని సూచించారు. విద్య జీవితంలో ఉన్నత అవకాశాలతో పాటు సమాజంలో గౌరవాన్ని కూడా అందిస్తుందని తెలిపారు.
