TIRUPATI, 06 SEPTEMBER 2021: The complaints and issues pertaining to the reception wing raised by pilgrims, should be attended and resolved without any delay, directed TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy.

The Senior Officers’ meeting was held at the Conference Hall in the TTD Administrative Building on Monday. The EO reviewed various issues related to different departments with the respective Heads. While reviewing the Reception department, he instructed the officials concerned to resolve the complaints registered on the toll-free number 9966812345 without any delay.

The EO also reviewed the ongoing development works related to SV Museum in Tirumala and also in Tirupati which is located adjacent to Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple.

Reviewing the Health prospect of employees, the EO said the Health Profile of each employee should be recorded by the Medical Wing of TTD. He also said the details of employees and retired employees along with their dependents should be collected to issue Smart Cards to all of them. “This process should complete within a week”, he instructed. He reviewed the ongoing vaccination process to employees aged between 18years to 45years.

The EO instructed the Engineering Wing officials to lay a bio-fencing at Palamaner Gosala and also dig trenches at necessary places.

The other important areas of review included, involving Srivari Sevakulu in all the TTD religious programmes conducted in coordination with all Projects of TTD, bringing out Sapthagiri Magazine edition in a more attractive manner from October onwards, mode of darshan procedures underway in local temples, supplying of Radium jackets to sanitary staffs working at Tirumala and Tirupati etc.

Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, CE Sri Nageswara Rao and other Heads were also present.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ గ‌దులు పొందే యాత్రికులు పూర్తి సంతృప్తితో తిరిగి వెళ్లేలా సౌక‌ర్యాలు క‌ల్పించాల‌న్నారు. టెక్ మహింద్రా, టాటా సంస్థ‌ల స‌హ‌కారంతో ఆధునీక‌రించనున్న తిరుమ‌లలోని ఎస్వీ మ్యూజియం ప‌నుల‌ను ఈవో స‌మీక్షించారు. అదేవిధంగా తిరుప‌తిలోని శ్రీ గోవింద‌రాజ‌స్వామివారి ఆల‌యం వ‌ద్ద‌గ‌ల మ్యూజియం అభివృద్ధిపై చ‌ర్చించారు. టిటిడి ఉద్యోగుల‌కు ఆరోగ్య సంర‌క్ష‌ణ‌పై అవ‌గాహ‌న క‌ల్పించాల‌ని, పూర్తి ఆరోగ్య‌వంతులుగా ఉన్న‌ప్పుడే చ‌క్క‌గా విధులు నిర్వ‌హించి భ‌క్తుల‌కు మ‌రింత మెరుగైన సేవ‌లు అందించ‌గ‌లుగుతార‌ని తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగుల‌కు ప్ర‌తి సంవ‌త్స‌రం వైద్య‌ప‌రీక్ష‌లు నిర్వ‌హించి హెల్త్ ప్రొఫైల్ రూపొందించాల‌ని, ఇందుకోసం వైద్య విభాగం ప్ర‌త్యేకంగా కార్యాచర‌ణ రూపొందించాల‌ని ఆదేశించారు. ఉద్యోగులు, కుటుంబ స‌భ్యులు, పెన్ష‌న‌ర్ల స్మార్ట్ కార్డుల త‌యారీకి సంబంధించి వారం రోజుల్లోపు అంద‌రి నుంచి వివ‌రాలు తెప్పించుకోవాల‌న్నారు. ఉద్యోగులు రిటైరైన రోజే అన్ని ప్రయోజనాలు అందించేలా అధికారులు ముందస్తు చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని ఆదేశించారు. తిరుమ‌ల శేషాచ‌లం అడ‌వుల్లో విస్త‌రించి ఉన్న అకేషియా చెట్ల‌ను తొల‌గించి ఇత‌ర మొక్క‌లు నాటే ప్ర‌క్రియ‌ను వేగ‌వంతం చేయాల‌న్నారు.
