TTD JEO GUIDELINES TO PREP UP STUDENTS AFTER FALL IN COVID COLLEGE DAYS
Tirupati, 14 Mar. 21: The students of all TTD educational institutions will have to attend daily tests and compulsory personal/ study discipline as part of an action plan drawn by the TTD core team to achieve 100% results in annual exams due to loss of class days during Covid academic year.
TTD Joint Executive Officer Smt Sada Bhargavi on Sunday said teachers and officials of all TTD educational institutions should help students to master atleast 60% of the 70% syllabus restructured by the government for examinations.
The state government has already reduced the syllabus by 30% to facilitate the students.
After a marathon interaction with Faculty and officials at a review meeting on forthcoming annual examinations in the backdrop of fall in classroom instructions during the Covid academic year, the JEO issued guidelines and an action plan.
The Devasthanams Education officer Sri Govindarajan and principals and headmasters of all TTD educational institutions participated in the review meeting.
The action plan included a schedule for studies, personal discipline, motivation classes daily in one subject and daily test in the evening and students urged to correct test papers themselves.
Among others, the TTD would provide nutritious food, promote 8 hours of sleep daily and organise the interaction with intellectuals to ignite the young minds, interaction with parents to guide students to study at home and give feedback.
TTD also to organise subject-specific motivation classes with experts, monitor students conduct in classrooms through CCTV, every teacher to adopt 20 students and keep a tab on their progress and to prepare students on the three-point formula of Revision, Memory and concentration in studies.
The guidelines included the conduction of Preparatory and pre-final tests at all TTD educational institutions ahead of the Government schedule.
TTD also would implement all necessary guidelines to procure NAC recognition for the SGS Arts, SV Arts, Sri Padmavati Degree College.

— ప్రభుత్వం తగ్గించిన 30 శాతం సిలబస్ ను పక్కన పెట్టి మిగిలిన 70 శాతం సిలబస్ లో ప్రతి విద్యార్థి 60 శాతానికి పైగా మార్కులు సాధించేలా ఉపాధ్యాయులు, అధ్యాపకులు శ్రద్ధ చూపడం.
– హాస్టల్ విద్యార్థులను ఉదయం 5 -30 గంటలకు నిద్ర లేపి ప్రార్థన చేయించడం.
– ప్రతి విద్యార్థి తప్పని సరిగా తిలకధారణ లేదా కుంకుమ పెట్టుకోవడం
– ఉదయం 8 నుంచి 8 – 45 గంటల దాకా రోజుకు ఒక సబ్జెక్ట్ గురించి విద్యార్థులకు మోటివేషన్ క్లాస్
– సాయంత్రం 4 గంటల నుంచి 6-30 గంటల వరకు స్టడీ అవర్ నిర్వహించి టెస్ట్ పెట్టటం
– ఆ జవాబు పత్రాలు విద్యార్థులకే ఇచ్చి రుద్దించడం
– హాస్టల్ విద్యార్థులకు రాత్రి పోషకాహారం అందించి 8 గంటల పాటు నిద్రించేలా చేయడం.
– విద్యార్థుల్లో చదివే అలవాటు పెంపొందించడానికి, మేధావుల తో అవగాహన తరగతులు నిర్వహించి ప్రేరణ కలిగించడం
– ప్రతి విద్యార్థి ప్రోగ్రెస్ ను ఉపాద్యాయుడు లేదా అధ్యాపకుడు గమనించి, వెనుక పడిన వారిపై శ్రద్ధ పెట్టడం
– తల్లిదండ్రులతో సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించి పాఠశాల, కళాశాల నుంచి వెళ్ళాక పిల్లలను ఇంట్లో ఎలా చదివించాలో అవగాహన కల్పించడం
– విద్యార్థులు చదువు తున్న తీరు గురించి తల్లిదండ్రులనుంచి ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ తీసుకోవడం
– సబ్జెక్ట్ నిపుణులతో విద్యార్థులకు తరచూ మోటివేషన్ తరగతులు నిర్వహించడం
– పాఠశాలకు విద్యార్థి హాజరు కాకపోతే తల్లిదండ్రులకు సమాచారం ఇచ్చి రప్పించడం.
– టీటీడీ లోని ప్రతి విద్యాసంస్థలో సిసి టివి లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి విద్యార్హుల కదలికలను గమనిస్తూ ఉండటం
– ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు 20.మంది విద్యార్థులను దత్తత తీసుకుని ఉత్తమ ఫలితాలు వచ్చేలా వారిని తయారు చేయడం
– ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించే ప్రిపరేషన్, ప్రీ ఫైనల్ టెస్ట్ ల కంటే ముందే వీటిని నిర్వహించడం.
– విద్యార్థులు స్మరణం ( చదవడం) మననం ( రివిజన్) నిధి ధ్యాసనం ( నేర్చు కున్నది సక్రమంగా అమలు చేయడం) అనే మూడు సూత్రాల ప్రాతిపదికన తయారు చేయడం.
