Tirupati, 30 July 2021: Offer your dedicated services with a motto of Work is Worship, said TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy.
Addressing the newly appointed 119 TTD employees on compassionate grounds, during the valedictory session of their 15-day training programme at SVETA on Friday, the TTD EO in his motivational message said the employees should live up to the dictum of TTD which believes in that Service to Mankind is service to God and Work First God Next.
The EO said each employee should thoroughly study the rules, regulations, GOs of TTD and service rules to excel in their work. He also shared with them about his training experience imparted to trainee IAS. He also suggested they should prepare for competitive exams and achieve higher promotions also.
In her message, JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi called on the new recruits not to forget their duties and responsibilities. “With this intention alone we have given a training programme to you for 15 days with stalwarts along with field visits to various temples for practical experience”, she added. She also said, the plants which each one of these employees planted at SVETA shall be taken care of by them alone till their service period in TTD.
Earlier, the TTD EO handed over the posting letters to the employees as well as their training certificates on the occasion along with JEO.
Chief Audit Officer, Sri Sesha Sailendra, TTD Education Officer and DyEO (HR) Sri Govindarajan, SVETA Director Dr Ramanjulu Reddy and other officers were also present.

119 మందికి 15 రోజుల శిక్షణ అనంతరం పోస్టింగులు కేటాయింపు
తిరుపతి, 30 జులై 2021: నూతన ఉద్యోగులు పనినే దైవంగా భావించాలని, శ్రీవారి దర్శనార్థం వచ్చే భక్తుల్లో భగవంతుని చూసి అంకితభావంతో సేవలందించాలని టిటిడి ఈఓ డాక్టర్ కెఎస్.జవహర్ రెడ్డి కోరారు. టిటిడిలో ఒకేసారి కారుణ్య నియామకాలు పొందిన 119 మంది ఉద్యోగులకు తిరుపతి శ్వేత భవనంలో 15 రోజుల పాటు నిర్వహించిన శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమం శుక్రవారం ముగిసింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి విచ్చేసిన ఈఓ, జెఈఓ శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవితో కలిసి 119 మంది ఉద్యోగులకు పోస్టింగులు అందజేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈఓ మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి క్రమశిక్షణ, నిబద్ధత, చిత్తశుద్ధితో పని చేసి టిటిడికి మంచి పేరు తేవాలన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ జిఓలు, టిటిడి చట్టాలు, సర్వీస్ నిబంధనలపై పట్టు పెంచుకుని మెరుగ్గా కార్యాలయ విధులు నిర్వహించాలని సూచించారు. అర్హత గల ఉద్యోగులు పలు పోటీ పరీక్షలు కూడా రాసి ఉన్నతస్థానాలకు చేరుకోవాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు. తన ఐఏఎస్ శిక్షణ కాలంలో నేర్చుకున్న విషయాలు అనంతరం ఉద్యోగ సమయంలో ఎలా ఉపయోగపడ్డాయనే విషయాలు, సొంత అనుభవాలను ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈఓ తెలియజేశారు.
జెఈఓ శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి మాట్లాడుతూ ఈ ఉద్యోగాన్ని శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి ఇచ్చిన అరుదైన అవకాశంగా భావించాలన్నారు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ నిస్వార్థంగా విధులు నిర్వహించి టిటిడి ప్రతిష్టను కాపాడాలన్నారు. నూతన ఉద్యోగులందరూ శ్వేత భవనంలో మొక్కలు నాటారని, వీటిని సంరక్షించాల్సిన బాధ్యత వారే తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
టిటిడి ముఖ్య అంకణీయ అధికారి శ్రీ శేషశైలేంద్ర మాట్లాడుతూ టిటిడిలో ఉద్యోగం పూర్వజన్మ సుకృతమని, నూతనంగా ఉద్యోగాలు పొందిన వారు సేవాభావంతో విధులు నిర్వహించాలని కోరారు.
