ONLINE APPLICATIONS INVITED FOR ADMISSIONS IN TTD JUNIOR COLLEGES FROM MAY 15 _ టీటీడీ జూనియర్ కళాశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి మే 15వ తేదీ నుండి ఆన్లైన్‌లో ద‌ర‌ఖాస్తుల ఆహ్వానం
Tirupati, 12 May 2024: TTD Education Officer Dr Bhaskar Reddy has stated that online applications are invited from eligible students for admissions to Sri Padmavathi Mahila Junior College and Sri Venkateswara Junior College in Tirupati for the academic year 2024-25.
He said in a statement that all online applications in English shall be made from May 15 to 3 and for the convenience of the students, the user manual and the prospectus of the respective colleges have been uploaded in Telugu and English on the TTD portal.
How to apply
As soon as the students open the official website, admission.tirumala.org, two boxes “Student Manual in English” or “Student Manual in Telugu” will appear.
Students have to click on their desired box. The application process should be read and understood thoroughly. Then click on Junior College for the intermediate course.
After clicking, English and Telugu boxes will appear on the screen.
By clicking on the desired box, the groups in the two Junior colleges under TTD, the seats in them, the qualifications for admission, seat replacement procedure, guidelines and other details will be seen.
According to the details entered by the students, after the expiry of the deadline, based on their merit and reservation, the seat in the respective college will be temporarily allotted online and an SMS will be sent to the students.
The authorities will upload the certificates of the student who got the seat into their system. If the details in the student’s certificates are not correct or if they are not matched online, the seat will be cancelled and the application will be automatically deleted from the system.
Hence the Students should upload the correct information online before the deadline and corrections are not allowed after the deadline. Therefore, TTD requests the students to carefully read the Student User Manual and College Prospectus and apply online carefully.
Students can clear technical queries like various groups in the courses, hostels, regulations etc. through the helpline while filling the application provided in the the admission.tirumala.org website, If you click on further the phone numbers of the respective teachers will appear for the benefit of students to clear their doubts if any in the respective topics

తిరుప‌తి, 2024 మే 12:తిరుప‌తిలోని శ్రీ పద్మావతి మహిళా జూనియర్ కళాశాల, శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర జూనియర్ కళాశాలలో 2024 – 25 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి ప్ర‌వేశాల కోసం అర్హులైన విద్యార్థుల నుండి ఆన్లైన్ లో దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానిస్తున్నట్లు టీటీడీ విద్యాశాఖాధికారి డాక్టర్ భాస్కర్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు.
మే 15 నుండి 31వ తేదీ వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఆన్ లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు ఆంగ్ల భాషలో మాత్రమే ఉంది. విద్యార్థుల సౌకర్యార్థం యూజర్ మాన్యువల్‌, ఆయా కళాశాలల ప్రాస్పెక్టస్ ను తెలుగు, ఆంగ్ల భాషల్లో అందుబాటులో ఉంచారు.
దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడం ఇలా…
విద్యార్థులు admission.tirumala.org వెబ్ సైట్ ను ఓపెన్ చేసిన వెంటనే ” Student Manual in English” or “Student Manual in Telugu” రెండు బాక్స్ లు కనిపిస్తాయి. విద్యార్థులు తమకు కావాల్సిన బాక్స్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయాలి. అందులో దరఖాస్తు చేసే విధానాన్ని క్షుణ్ణంగా చదివి అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి. అనంతరం ఇంటర్మీడియేట్ కోర్సుకు Junior Collegeను ఎంపిక చేసుకుని క్లిక్ చేయాలి. క్లిక్ చేయగానే స్క్రీన్ పై ఇంగ్లీషు, తెలుగు అనే బాక్స్ లు కనిపిస్తాయి. తమకు కావాల్సిన బాక్స్ పై క్లిక్ చేయగానే టీటీడీ ఆధ్వర్యంలోని రెండు జూనియర్ కళాశాలల్లో ఉన్న గ్రూప్ లు , వాటి లోని సీట్లు, వాటిలో ప్రవేశానికి అర్హతలు, సీట్ల భర్తీ విధానం, మార్గదర్శకాలు తదితర వివరాలు కనిపిస్తాయి.
విద్యార్థులు నమోదు చేసిన వివరాల ప్రకారం గడువు ముగిశాక వారి ప్రతిభ, రిజర్వేషన్ ఆధారంగా ఆయా కళాశాలలో సీటు తాత్కాలికంగా ఆన్ లైన్ లో కేటాయించి, విద్యార్థుల‌కు ఎస్ఎమ్ఎస్ పంపుతారు. సీటు పొందిన విద్యార్థి ధృవీకరణ పత్రాలను అధికారులు వారి సిస్టమ్ లోకి అప్ లోడ్ చేస్తారు. విద్యార్థి ధృవీకరణ పత్రాలలోని వివరాలు సరిగాలేకున్నా, ఆన్ లైన్ లో సరిపోల్చకున్నా (టాలీకాకున్న) సీటు రద్దు కావడంతోపాటు సిస్టమ్ నుండి ఆటోమేటిక్ గా సదరు దరఖాస్తు రద్దు అవుతుంది. విద్యార్థులు గడువుకు ముందే సరైన సమాచారాన్ని ఆన్ లైన్ లో అప్ లోడ్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. గడువు ముగిశాక సవరణలకు అవకాశం ఉండదు. అందువల్ల విద్యార్థులు స్టూడెంట్ యూజర్ మాన్యువల్‌ను, కళాశాల ప్రాస్పెక్ట‌స్‌ను పూర్తిగా చదివి ఆన్ లైన్ లో జాగ్రత్తగా దరఖాస్తు చేయాలని టీటీడీ కోరుతోంది.
విద్యార్థులు దరఖాస్తు నింపే సమయంలో సాంకేతిక సందేహాలు, కోర్సులలోని వివిధ గ్రూప్ లు, వసతి గృహాలు, నిబంధనలు తదితర సందేహాలను హెల్ఫ్ లైన్ ద్వారా నివృత్తి చేసుకోవచ్చు. admission.tirumala.org వెబ్ సైట్ ను ఓపెన్ చేయగానే స్క్రీన్ పై హెల్ఫ్ లైన్ నంబర్లు అనే బాక్స్ ఉంటుంది. అక్కడ క్లిక్ చేస్తే సంబంధిత అధ్యాపకుల ఫోన్ నంబర్లు ఉంటాయి. వీటి ద్వారా ఆయా అంశాలలోని సందేహాలను నివృత్తి చేసుకోవచ్చు.
