TIRUPATI, 26 MARCH 2022: In view of Vontimitta annual Brahmotsavams which are scheduled from April 10 to 18, TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam has directed the officials of all departments to speed up the arrangements for the mega religious festival in YSR District.
A review meeting was held in the conference hall of the TTD administrative building on Saturday evening with all the Heads of the departments.
Speaking on the occasion the JEO said the state festival of Sita Rama Kalyanam is scheduled for April 15, the departments should make elaborate arrangements of annaprasadam, buttermilk, water, sanitation etc. Keeping in view the large convergence of devotees for the big festival.
He directed the officials concerned, to erect shades, paint coolants on roads, arrange barricades, Shelters to provide relief to the visiting devotees from the scorching temperature.
The JEO also instructed to check all the vahanans, radham and give clearance and fitness certificate. He also directed the cultural teams to prepare the programs list as per the schedule. And instructed the medical department at to get up with sufficient number of ORS packets and medical kits to meet the needs of the devotees if necessary.
Later he directed the transport wing to are a range of RTC buses that transport devotees from Chitvel, Badvel, Kadapa and Rajampet by coordinating with RTC officials. The JEO also instructed the Vigilance officials to coordinate with district police in making traffic security arrangements during the mega festival.
Agama advisor Sri Vishnu Bhattacharyulu, Temple priest Sri Rajesh Swami, all department heads were present.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ క‌ల్యాణం రోజున వ‌చ్చే వేలాది మంది భ‌క్తుల‌కు అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన అన్న‌ప్ర‌సాదం, తాగునీరు, మ‌జ్జిగ అందించేందుకు చ‌క్క‌టి ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాల‌న్నారు. అన్ని విభాగాలు ప్ర‌త్యేక కార్యాచ‌ర‌ణ రూపొందించుకుని క‌ల్యాణం రోజున భ‌క్తుల‌కు అందాల్సిన సౌక‌ర్యాల‌పై ప్ర‌త్యేక శ్ర‌ద్ధ వ‌హించాల‌ని కోరారు. ఎండ వేడిమి నుంచి ఉప‌శ‌మ‌నం క‌ల్పించేందుకు భ‌క్తులు న‌డిచే ప్రాంతాల్లో కూల్ పెయింట్ వేయాల‌ని, అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన చోట్ల చ‌లువపందిళ్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయాల‌ని ఇంజినీరింగ్ అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. ఊరేగింపు నిర్వ‌హించే వాహ‌నాలు, ర‌థానికి సంబంధించిన ప‌టిష్ట‌త‌ను ప‌రిశీలించి ఫిట్‌నెస్ స‌ర్టిఫికేట్ తీసుకోవాల‌న్నారు.
అత్య‌వ‌స‌ర వైద్య ప‌రిస్థితుల్లో వెంట‌నే స్పందించేందుకు వీలుగా అంబులెన్సులు సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాల‌ని, ప్ర‌థ‌మ చికిత్స కేంద్రాలు ఏర్పాటుచేసి త‌గిన‌న్ని ఓఆర్ఎస్ ప్యాకెట్లు సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాల‌ని సిఎంవోకు జెఈవో సూచించారు. సాంస్కృతిక, సంగీత కార్య‌క్ర‌మాల‌కు సంబంధించిన ప్ర‌ణాళిక త్వ‌రిత‌గ‌తిన సిద్ధం చేయాల‌న్నారు. క‌ల్యాణం రోజున రాజంపేట, క‌డ‌ప, చిట్వేల్‌, బ‌ద్వేలు త‌దిత‌ర ప్రాంతాల నుండి భ‌క్తుల‌కు ర‌వాణా వ‌స‌తి క‌ల్పించేందుకు ఆర్‌టిసి అధికారుల‌తో స‌మ‌న్వ‌యం చేసుకోవాల‌ని ఆదేశించారు. అన్ని విభాగాల అధికారులు పూర్తి స‌న్న‌ద్ధంగా ఉండి వైఎస్ఆర్ జిల్లాలోని ఆయా విభాగాల అధికారుల‌తో స‌మ‌న్వ‌యం చేసుకోవాల‌న్నారు.
