TTD EO RESPONDS TO DEVOTEES QUERIES DURING DIAL YOUR EO PROGRAM

Tirumala, 7, August 2021: TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has asserted that the issue of free Sarva Darshan tokens has been kept pending in view of devotees health safety during Covid season.

His response came during question and answer session of the Dial-Your- EO program conducted on Saturday morning at the TTD administrative buildings.

1. Suresh Nellore and Srinivas – Karimnagar

Question: TTD should provide free sarva Darshan tokens at district Kalyana Mandampams

EO: There is a threat of a Covid spike in issue of current SSD tokens. Hence no issue of such tokens issued till Covid situation ended.

2. Vijaya Tanuku: Want to join the Annamaiah Sankeetans team.

EO:  Will give you an opportunity and contact.

3. Satyanarayana Murthy- Peddapuram,

Q: The Makara thoranam is missing in the Srivari temple?

EO: Might have been taken out while cleaning. But now it is replaced.

4. Kumar- Hyderabad

Q: we could not get more than 5 minutes Darshan when we came on July 25. Why?

EO: There is no possibility of giving more than 30 seconds of Darshan to devotees in the present circumstances.

5. Harish- Pileru

Q: Can the devotees who come walking with Govinda Mala get separate queue line for Darshan?

EO: Not possible now.

6. Madhavi- Hyderabad

Q: Any separate facility for aged and senior citizens?

EO: For aged persons who cannot walk we have made arrangements for entry from the biometric gate into the general queue lines.

7. Kranti Kumar- Jammalamadugu, Rajiv- Chennai

Q: Why the website not working properly while online tickets are released?

EO: Will try to resolve the problem by asking the TCS technical team to update the software.

8. Prabhakar-Chennai

Q: Can devotees present umbrellas and clothes to utsava idols on the occasion of Garuda Panchami on August 13?

EO: Not possible on the day of the event. U can come other days.

9. Nagamalleswari – Vinukonda, Chinnayya-Tenali, Sathyanarayana- Hyderabad

Q: We booked Kalyanotsavam online. Can we come for Srivari Darshan on August 14? And we bought Darshan tickets for June 12 and failed to come. Can we come now?

EO: For Darshan, you can check on the online slot if available before coming. Each Darshan tickets should be used for the same day. If you booked Kalyanotsavam, you can come for Darshan on any day during the year.

10. Easwar – Kurnool

Q: We booked  ₹ 300 special Darshan ticket for April 14 but we were sent away contending no possibility till 23 of the month. Why?

EO: Will enquire into it and arrange Darshana soon.

11. Srinivas- Kakinada

Q: Can we come for Darshan After booking online kalyanotsavam?

EO: You can come anytime during the year.

12. Raju-Yanam

Q: TTD has made good Covid precautions implementation.

EO: Thank you for the compliments.

13. Subramaniam- Hyderabad

Q: SVBC is making very discomforting announcements amidst good programs. Everyday evenings pundits should do Vishnu Sahasra Namama parayanams and also involve the viewers.

Geeta Parayanams are good. Should do it again.

EO: TTD will review possibility of Vishnu Sahasra Namama parayanams. We will sort out announcements on SVBC without disturbing the viewers.

14. Balu -Hyderabad

Q: Will there be a break Darshan from August 14-19.

Secondly, can a common man get a life opportunity to witness Swamivari Friday Abhisekam?

EO:  Break Darshan will be there. All arjita Seva tickets cannot be revived till the Covid situation is resolved.

15. Venkata Mohan Rao- Hyderabad

Q: We came for Srivari Darshan on August 3. But there is no social distancing from Ranganayakula Mandapam.

EO:  We will enquire into the issue.

16. Subramaniam Shastri- Kothakota

The Bhagavadgita, Sundarakanda parayanams telecast by SvBC are wonderful.

EO: Thanks a lot for your appreciation.

17. Srikant Joshi- Medak

Q: Are you allowing Akhanda Nama sankeetan Team leaders of above 60 years?

Eo: ‌We will review the Revival of the Akhanda Nama sankeetan after the Covid season pass out.

18.  Prasad- Nellore

Q: Devotees not able to book ₹300&₹500 rooms for online?

EO: Presently repair works are underway for cottages etc. Hence only available ₹300& ₹500 rooms are placed for online booking.

19. Ragini- Kadapa

Q: Our ward completed 12 years course at Dharmagiri Veda vijnan peetham in 2020. Till now we have not taken the certificate.

EO: There has been a delay due to Covid. Will soon organise examinations and inform parents of students.

20. Muralikrishna- Visakhapatnam

Q: SvBC is not telecasting our names and photos sent for the Shatamanam Bhavati program. Why mikes not working well at Nada Niranjanam platform.

EO:  Only 60 persons can be accommodated in the Shatamanam Bhavati program daily. Try again. We will resolve the mikes problem at Nada Niranjanam soon.

21.Srikant – Mancherial

Q: we applied for an idol for our village temple and couldn’t send DD due to Covid. Can we do it now?

EO: Pl send DD even now . We will sanction the idols.

22.Shankar. – Hyderabad

Q: For last three years unable to get arjita seva tickets online. Can you please organise some arjita seva tickets through lucky dips at Tirumala?

EO: We will review request after Covid has reduced and arjita sevas are revived.
