Tirupati, 22 May 2021: TTD EO and Chairman of Covid command control Centre, Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed Chittoor District Collector Sri Hari Narayan to launch a village-level action plan to effectively contain spike of Covid-19 cases in the rural areas of Chittoor district.
Reviewing the Covid situation with district health officials at the Sri Padmavati Rest House on Saturday the TTD EO asked officials to enforce house quarantine and community isolation of Covid positive patients in the village level to contain its spread to other regions.
He said village officials should undertake Dandoras (announcements) in the mornings and evenings in villages and spread awareness of Covid among villagers with handbills, wall posters and loudspeakers.
The sarpanches should strive to transform their villages as Covid-free villages and Collectors should encourage them with cash awards. The village secretariats, Asha workers and NGOs should be involved in the Rapid response teams to contain Covid effectively. Special drive on awareness of masks and social distancing be taken up with volunteers at village level.
He said to stop the spread of black fungus in the hospitals all medical equipment etc. should be sterilised after the discharge of Covid patients.
The Covid Command Centre Chairman also advised officials to always keep 20 tons oxygen tanks at the SVIMS hospital full and also ensure complete oxygen availability at the Ayurvedic hospital as well.
He also advised officials to keep vigilance on hotels, tea stalls etc. at crowded locations in Tirupati and ensure that these joints serve only parcels.
The district program officer of the National Health Mission Dr Srinivasulu, District Surveillance Officer Dr Sudarshan and others were present.

తిరుపతి, 2021 మే 22: చిత్తూరు జిల్లాలో ప్ర‌జ‌లు కోవిడ్ – 19 వైర‌స్ బారిన ప‌డ‌కుండా, కేసుల సంఖ్య త‌గ్గించేందుకు గ్రామ‌స్థాయి కార్యాచ‌ర‌ణ ప్ర‌ణాళిక‌తో ముందుకు వెళ్ళాల‌ని టిటిడి ఈవో, కోవిడ్ కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ విభాగం చైర్మన్ డాక్టర్ కె.ఎస్‌.జ‌వ‌హ‌ర్‌రెడ్డి జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ శ్రీ హ‌రినారాయ‌ణ్‌ను కోరారు. తిరుపతి శ్రీ ప‌ద్మావ‌తి విశ్రాంతి భ‌వ‌నంలో శ‌నివారం జిల్లా కలెక్టర్, జాతీయ ఆరోగ్య మిష‌న్‌ అధికారుల‌తో జిల్లాలో కోవిడ్ ప‌రిస్థితుల‌పై ఈవో సమీక్షించారు.
ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ క‌రోనా వ్యాధి ఇతర ప్రాంతాల‌కు వ్యాప్తి చెంద‌కుండా గ్రామాల్లోని కోవిడ్ బాధితుల‌ను హోం ఐసోలేష‌న్‌, క‌మ్యూనిటీ ఐసోలేష‌న్‌లో ఉంచేట్లు చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకోవాల‌న్నారు. గ్రామాల్లో ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు కోవిడ్‌పై అవ‌గాహ‌న క‌ల్పించేందుకు ఉద‌యం, సాయంత్రం దండోరా వేయించాల‌ని చెప్పారు. త‌ద్వారా ప్ర‌జ‌లు ఒక చోట నుండి మ‌రో చోటికి వెళ్లడం త‌గ్గి, కోవిడ్ వ్యాప్తిని త‌గ్గించ‌వ‌చ్చ‌న్నారు. స‌ర్పంచులు వారి ప‌రిధిలోని గ్రామాలను కోవిడ్ లేని గ్రామాలుగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు వారిని ప్రోత్స‌హించాల‌న్నారు. కోవిడ్ లేని గ్రామాలుగా మార్చేందుకు కృషి చేసే స‌ర్పంచుల‌కు న‌గ‌దు రివార్డులు ప్ర‌క‌టించాల‌ని క‌లెక్ట‌ర్‌కు సూచించారు. గ్రామ‌స్థాయిలో ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు కోవిడ్ నివార‌ణ‌కు తీసుకోవ‌ల‌సిన జాగ్ర‌త్త‌ల‌పై పోస్ట‌ర్లు, క‌ర‌ప‌త్రాలు, లౌడ్ స్పీక‌ర్లు విరివిగా ఏర్పాటు చేసి ఈ వ్యాధిపై అవ‌గాహ‌న పెంచాల‌న్నారు. గ్రామ‌స్థాయిలో ఉన్న స‌చివాల‌య సిబ్బంది, ఆశా వ‌ర్క‌ర్లు, ఇతర స్వ‌చ్ఛంద సంస్థ‌ల ప్ర‌తినిధుల‌తో ర్యాపిడ్ రెస్పాన్స్ టీంలు (వేగవంతమైన ప్రతి స్పందన బృందాలు) ఏర్పాటు చేసి, వారి సేవ‌లు పూర్తిగా వినియోగించుకునేందుకు చ‌ర్య‌లు చేప‌ట్టాల‌న్నారు. మాస్కు లేకుండా, భౌతిక దూరం పాటించ‌కుండా తిరిగే వారికి వాలంటీర్ల ద్వారా వ్యాధిపై అవ‌గాహ‌న క‌ల్పించాల‌న్నారు.
బ్లాక్ ఫంగ‌స్ వ్యాప్తి చెంద‌కుండా ఉండేందుకు ఆసుప‌త్రుల్లో చికిత్స పొందుతున్న కోవిడ్ రోగులు డిశార్జ్ అయిన వెంట‌నే ఆ ప‌రిక‌రాల‌ను మార్చి స్టెరిలైజ్ చేసేలా చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకోవాల‌ని చెప్పారు.
స్విమ్స్ ఆసుప్ర‌తిలో ఉన్న 20 ట‌న్నుల అక్సిజ‌న్ ట్యాంక్ పూర్తిగా నింపి ఉంచాల‌న్నారు. ఆయుర్వేద ఆసుప‌త్రిలో కూడా అక్సిజ‌న్ కొర‌త రాకుండా చూడాల‌న్నారు. ర‌ద్ధీ ప్రాంతాల్లో, ముఖ్యంగా హోట‌ల్స్‌, టి అంగ‌ళ్లు, ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లో ఎక్క‌డ కూర్చుని తినే అవ‌కాశం లేకుండా పార్శిల్‌ల‌కు మాత్రమే అనుమ‌తి ఇవ్వాల‌న్నారు.
ఈ స‌మావేశంలో జాతీయ ఆరోగ్య మిష‌న్‌కు చెందిన జిల్లా ప్రోగ్రాం అధికారి డాక్టర్ శ్రీనివాసులు, జిల్లా స‌ర్వేలెన్స్ అధికారి డాక్టర్ సుద‌ర్శ‌న్‌ , ఇతర డాక్టర్లు పాల్గొన్నారు.
