TTD CHAIRMAN INAUGURATES MOBILE CONTAINER AT TIRUMALA _ తిరుమలలో మొబైల్ కంటైనర్లను ప్రారంభించిన టీటీడీ ఛైర్మన్
Tirumala, 27 July 2023: TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy along with the TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy on Thursday inaugurated two mobile containers as temporary accommodation for the benefit of devotees during the heavy rush season at hill shrine.
These mobile containers were donated by a donor from Visakhapatnam Sri Narasimha Murthy which will be allocated as a night shelter for TTD drivers on a trial basis.
Speaking on the occasion the TTD chairman said the availability of rooms in Tirumala was limited and construction of more rest houses are not permitted due to environment concerns. He said TTD is expanding old rest houses to create more accommodation.
The mobile container costing around ₹10 lakhs each comprised of beds, bathrooms and toilets to accommodate 12 persons at a time was installed at Tirumala Transport Depot while another one opposite Rambhagicha 3 Rest House.
The Chairman also said TTD plans to position such mobile containers at various locations during heavy rush season in future.
GM Transport Sri Sesha Reddy, EE Sri Surendranath Reddy, VGOs Sri Bali Reddy, Sri Giridhar Rao, Depot Manager Smt Lakshmi Prasanna, DI Tirumala Sri Janakirami Reddy and others were also present.

తిరుమల, 2023 జూలై 27: తిరుమలలో భక్తుల రద్దీ ఎక్కువ అయినప్పుడు తాత్కాలికంగా బస చేసేందుకు వీలుగా విశాఖకు చెందిన దాత శ్రీ మూర్తి విరాళంగా అందజేసిన రెండు మొబైల్ కంటైనర్లను గురువారం టీటీడీ ఛైర్మన్ శ్రీ వైవి.సుబ్బారెడ్డి ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి.ధర్మారెడ్డితో కలిసి ప్రారంభించారు. ఒక కంటైనర్ ను జిఎన్సీ వద్దగల టీటీడీ ట్రాన్సుపోర్టు డిపోలో విధులు ముగించుకుని డ్రైవర్లు విశ్రాంతి తీసుకునేందుకు కేటాయించారు. మరో కంటైనర్ ను రాంభగీచా -3 ఎదురుగా ఏర్పాటు చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఛైర్మన్ మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ తిరుమలలో గదుల లభ్యత పరిమితంగా ఉందని, నూతన విశ్రాంతి గదుల నిర్మాణానికి అనుమతి లేదని చెప్పారు. పలుచోట్ల ఉన్న పాత విశ్రాంతి గృహాలను పునర్నిర్మాణం చేస్తున్నట్టు వివరించారు. ఈ క్రమంలో మొబైల్ కంటైనర్లను దాత అందించారని, ఇందులో భక్తులు బస చేసేందుకు పరుపులు, స్నానపు గది, మరుగుదొడ్లు ఉన్నాయని చెప్పారు. ఈ కంటైనర్ల విలువ దాదాపు రూ.25 లక్షలు అని తెలిపారు. భక్తుల రద్దీ ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నప్పుడు వినియోగించుకునేందుకు వీలుగా రాబోయే రోజుల్లో వివిధ ప్రాంతాల్లో వీటిని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామన్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో టీటీడీ ట్రాన్సుపోర్టు జనరల్ మేనేజర్ శ్రీ శేషారెడ్డి, డిఐ శ్రీ జానకిరామిరెడ్డి, టెక్నికల్ ఆఫీసర్ శ్రీమతి లక్ష్మీ ప్రసన్న తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
