Tirumala, 30 January 2024: TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy directed the officials to make thorough arrangements for the Sanatana Hindu Dharmika Conference to be organized under the auspices of TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad at Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala from February 3 to 5.
A review was conducted by the EO with the officials concerned on Tuesday in the meeting hall of TTD administration building in Tirupati.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that Pontiffs and Swamijis of various mutts and Hindu religious institutions across the country will participate in the Dharmika Conference.
The officials were instructed to make necessary arrangements so that the Swamijis coming to the conference are not put to any inconvenience.
To make the event a grand success, a coordination committee consisting of three senior officials has also been constituted. Similarly, the meeting also decided to appoint a liaison officer for each Swamiji. The Liaison Officer will coordinate with various committees, such as accommodation, food, transportation, etc.,
The SVBC will record the suggestions and messages delivered by the Peethadhipathis participating in the conference making a detailed video.
JEOs Smt. Sada Bhargavi, Sri Veerabrahmam, Vedic University VC Acharya Rani Sadashivamurthy, HDPP Secretary Sri. Somayajulu, Program Officer Sri. Rajagopal, Special Officer of Dasa Sahitya Project Sri. Ananda Theerthacharyulu and others also participated in this meeting.

తిరుప‌తి, 2024 జ‌న‌వ‌రి 30: తిరుమల ఆస్థాన మండపంలో ఫిబ్రవరి 3 నుండి 5వ తేదీ వరకు టీటీడీ హిందూ ధర్మ ప్రచార పరిషత్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించనున్న స‌నాత‌న ధార్మిక సదస్సుకు ముమ్మ‌రంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి.ధ‌ర్మారెడ్డి అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. తిరుప‌తి టీటీడీ ప‌రిపాల‌న భ‌వ‌నంలోని స‌మావేశ మందిరంలో మంగ‌ళ‌వారం ఈవో అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, తిరుమల ఆస్థాన మండపంలో మూడు రోజుల పాటు జ‌ర‌గ‌నున్న స‌నాత‌న ధార్మిక సదస్సులో దేశంలోని ప్రముఖ మఠాధిపతులు, పీఠాధిపతులు, స్వామిజీలు పాల్గొంటార‌న్నారు. సదస్సుకు విచ్చేసే స్వామీజీలకు ఎలాంటి అసౌకర్యం కలగకుండా ప‌టిష్ట‌మైన ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మాన్ని విజ‌య‌వంతం చేయ‌డానికి ముగ్గురు సీనియ‌ర్ అధికారులతో కూడిన స‌మ‌న్వ‌య క‌మిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేసి, వివిధ మఠాధిపతులు, పీఠాధిపతులను సంప్ర‌దించాల‌న్నారు. అదేవిధంగా ప్ర‌తి స్వామిజీకి ఒక లైజ‌న్ అధికారిని నియ‌మించాల‌న్నారు. స‌ద‌స్సు నిర్వ‌హ‌ణ‌కు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన దర్శనం, వసతి, ఆహార, ర‌వాణా త‌దిత‌ర కమిటీల‌తో లైజ‌న్ అధికారి స‌మ‌న్వ‌యం చేసుకోవాల‌న్నారు.
అదేవిధంగా టీటీడీ నిర్వ‌హించే ధర్మ ప్రచార కార్య‌క్ర‌మాల‌పై ఎస్వీబీసి వీడియో రూపొందించాల‌ని ఆదేశించారు. సదస్సులో పాల్గొనే స్వామిజీల స‌ల‌హాలు, సూచ‌న‌లు తీసుకునేందుకు త‌గిన ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాల‌న్నారు.
