JEO REVIEWS ON CM VISIT ARRANGEMENTS _ ముఖ్యమంత్రి పర్యటన ఏర్పాట్లపై జెఈవో సమీక్ష
Tirupati,19 April 2022: TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam on Tuesday evening reviewed arrangements scheduled for the visit of the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy to Tirupati in the month of May.
Addressing the officials at his chambers in TTD Administrative Building, the TTD JEO said the CM will lay the foundation for the Children’s super speciality hospital in the BIRRD complex and also inaugurate the TATA cancer hospital.
He directed officials of all wings to co-ordinate arrangements and arrange accommodation for CMO officials, protocol VIPs and Legislators at Sri Padmavati Rest House.
Among others, he instructed TTD officials to organise internet, transport, drinking water, buttermilk snacks beautification, sanitation, power, garden works etc.
He instructed the vigilance officials to coordinate with the district police on parking, security arrangements etc.
CE Sri Nageswara Rao Padmavati Children’s Hridayalaya Director Dr Srinath Reddy, BIRRD hospital OSD Dr Reddappa Reddy and officials of all wings were present.

తిరుపతి 19 ఏప్రిల్ 2022: మే నెలలో జరుగనున్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి తిరుపతి పర్యటన ఏర్పాట్లపై జెఈవో శ్రీ వీరబ్రహ్మం అధికారులతో సమీక్షించారు.
టీటీడీ పరిపాలన భవనం లోని తన చాంబర్ లో మంగళవారం రాత్రి ఈ సమీక్ష జరిపారు.
తిరుపతి లోని బర్ద్ ఆసుపత్రిలో చిన్న పిల్లల వార్డు ప్రారంభం, చిన్న పిల్లల సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆసుపత్రి నిర్మాణానికి శంఖుస్థాపన, టాటా క్యాన్సర్ ఆసుపత్రి ప్రారంభోత్సవానికి మే నెలలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉందని జెఈవో చెప్పారు. అన్ని విభాగాల అధికారులు, ఆసుపత్రి అధికారులను సమన్వయం చేసుకుని తగిన ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. శ్రీ పద్మావతి విశ్రాంతి గృహంలో సిఎం కార్యాలయఅధికారులు, ప్రోటోకాల్ విఐపి లు, ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులకు అవసరమైతే తగిన వసతి కల్పించడానికి సిద్ధం కావాలన్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి కార్యక్రమాలు జరిగే టీటీడీ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఇంటర్నెట్, రవాణా, తాగునీరు, మజ్జిగ, అల్పాహారం, సుందరీకరణ, పారిశుధ్యం, విద్యుత్, ఉద్యాన విభాగం చేయాల్సిన ఏర్పాట్లపై అధికారులకు తగిన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. విజిలెన్స్ అధికారులు పోలీసు అధికారులతో సమన్వయం చేసుకుని పార్కింగ్, భద్రత ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలని ఆయన సూచించారు.
చీఫ్ ఇంజినీర్ శ్రీ నాగేశ్వరరావు, శ్రీ పద్మావతి చిన్న పిల్లల హృదయాలయం డైరెక్టర్ డాక్టర్ శ్రీనాథ్ రెడ్డి, బర్ద్ ఆసుపత్రి ప్రత్యేకాధికారి డాక్టర్ రెడ్డెప్ప రెడ్డి తో పాటు అన్ని విభాగాల అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
