NATIONAL BHAGAVADGITA CONTEST HELD AT MAHATI AUDITORIUM _ మ‌హ‌తిలో జాతీయ స్థాయి భగవద్గీత కంఠ‌స్త పోటీలు
Tirupati, 28 January 2021: Under the aegis of the HDPP the finals of the national level Bhagavad-Gita contest for students was held on Thursday at the Mahati auditorium in full adherence to COVID guidelines.
The winners of the contest will be presented prizes on January 29 during the valedictory event at 12noon.
The HDPP has organised the Bhagavad-Gita contests as part of Gita Jayanti celebrations on December 25 at all districts of both the Telugu states and at Bangalore in Karnataka, Chennai in Tamilnadu and Guruvayur in Kerala for students of 6-7 and 8-9 standards in two categories.
The first-place winners from all states participated at Tirupati on Thursday in the final round of the contest on 12th chapter of Bhakti yogam of Bhagavad-Gita.
While Acharya Chakravarti Raghavan, Sri Lalita Parayanadas were judges for 6-7 standards category, Vidwan Katta Narasimhulu, Dr G. Chennakeshavulu and Sri Radhakrishna were judges for the 6-8 standards category.
HDPP Secretary Acharya Rajagopalan, Dharmic Exams OSD Sri E.G.Hemanth Kumar supervised the event at Mahati.

తిరుప‌తి, 2021 జ‌న‌వ‌రి 28: టిటిడి హిందూధర్మ ప్రచార పరిషత్‌ ఆధ్వర్యంలో తిరుపతిలోని మ‌హ‌తి క‌ళాక్షేత్రంలో గురువారం విద్యార్థులకు జాతీయ‌స్థాయి భగవద్గీత కంఠ‌స్త పోటీలు నిర్వ‌హించారు. కోవిడ్ – 19 నిబంధనలు పాటిస్తూ విద్యార్థులు ఈ పోటీల్లో పాల్గొన్నారు. జ‌న‌వ‌రి 29న మ‌ధ్యాహ్నం 12 గంట‌ల‌కు విజేతలకు బహుమతులు ప్రదానం చేస్తారు.
గీతాజయంతిని పురస్కరించుకొని 2020, డిసెంబ‌రు 24న ఉభయ తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలలోని అన్ని జిల్లాలతో పాటు త‌మిళ‌నాడులోని చెన్నై, క‌ర్ణాట‌కలోని బెంగ‌ళూరు, కేర‌ళ‌లోని గురువాయూరులో 6, 7 మరియు 8, 9 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు రెండు విభాగాలుగా భగవద్గీత కంఠస్థ పోటీలు నిర్వ‌హించారు. ఇందులో ప్ర‌థ‌మ స్థానంలో నిలిచిన విద్యార్ధినీ విద్యార్థులకు తిరుపతిలోని మ‌హ‌తి క‌ళాక్షేత్రంలో గురువారం శ్రీ భగవద్గీతలోని 12వ అధ్యాయం భక్తియోగంపై పోటీలు నిర్వ‌హించారు. ఈ పోటీల్లో 6, 7 తరగతుల విభాగానికి పండితులు ఆచార్య చక్రవర్తి రాఘవన్‌, శ్రీ లీలాపారాయణదాస్‌, డా।। ఎం.కె. సునీత, 8, 9 తరగతుల విభాగానికి పండితులు విద్వాన్ కట్టా నరసింహులు, డా।। జి.చెన్నకేశవులు నాయుడు, శ్రీ రాధాకృష్ణ న్యాయనిర్ణేతలుగా వ్యవహరించారు.
హెచ్‌డిపిపి కార్యదర్శి ఆచార్య కె. రాజగోపాలన్, ధార్మిక ప‌రీక్ష‌ల ప్రత్యేకాధికారి ఈ.జీ.హేమంతకుమార్ ప‌ర్య‌వేక్ష‌ణ‌లో ఈ పోటీలు జ‌రిగాయి.
