AP CM OFFERS PRAYERS IN SRIVARI TEMPLE AT RAJAMUNDRY

RAJAMUNDRY, JULY 15: The Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu offered prayers in the replica temple of Srivaru constructed by TTD in the spacious Municipal Grounds here on Wednesday evening.

On his arrival he was accorded warm welcome by Tirumala Jeo Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju. After offering prayers to Lord, the CM was rendered Vedasirvachanam by Vedic pundits. Later he took part in the Unjal Seva of the Utsavamurthi in the special “Saraswathi Devi” alankaram.

Local MP Sri Murali Mohan, local MLA Sri G Buchchaiah Chowdary were also present along with AP CM. Ttd senior officers Sri Venugopal, Sri Balaji, Sri Jaganmohan Reddy, Sri Narasimhamurthy, VGO Sri Ravinder Reddy, Asst.PRO Ms. Neelima were also present.

LORD ENTHRALLS PILGRIMS IN “SARASWATHI ALANKARAM”

Pilgrims thronged to municipal grounds on Wednesday and were enthralled to catch the glimpse of Lord in enchanting “Saraswathi” alankaram. Holding Veena in his hand in sitting posture and decked in white coloured Red bordered saree and with dazzling jewels, the Lord charmed the devotees. The venue reverberated to the rhythmic recitation of Veda parayanam, Annamacharya songs and Nadaswaram coupled with pleasant climate giving a soothing feel to devotees.
