DIGITIZE ALL OLD TTD RECORDS -TTD EO _ టిటిడిలోని పాత రికార్డుల‌ను డిజిటైజ్ చేయాలి
Tirupati, 27 July 2022:TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy has directed officials to digitize each and every record kept in the TTD Records Room since its inception in 1933.
During his inspection of the Record room and other offices at the TTD Administrative Building on Wednesday, the EO enquired with officials about the safekeeping of old vouchers, service registers, and bills.
Speaking on the occasion the TTD EO directed officials to dispose of the unwanted records and transport the furniture to the DPW stores. In future, all important records and files should be digitized and adopt an IT application for ready search operations whenever needed.
He instructed officials to preserve the relevant data in TTD servers and also asked officials to complete all the development works underway at TTD Administrative Building on a war footing.
TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, FA&CAO Sri Balaji, CE Sri Nageswar Rao, CAuO Sri Shailendra, Transport GM Sri Sesha Reddy, Deputy EO Sri Gunabushan Reddy, VGO Sri Manohar, and others were also present.

తిరుపతి, 2022 జూలై 27: టిటిడి ప‌రిపాల‌నా భ‌వ‌నంలోని రికార్డు రూమ్‌లో 1933 నుంచి ఉన్న ప్ర‌తి రికార్డును డిజిటైజ్ చేసి భ‌ద్ర‌ప‌ర‌చాల‌ని ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి.ధ‌ర్మారెడ్డి అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. టిటిడి ప‌రిపాల‌నా భ‌వ‌నంలోని రికార్డు రూముల‌తో పాటు ప‌లు కార్యాల‌యాల‌ను బుధ‌వారం ఆయ‌న ప‌రిశీలించారు. పాత ఓచ‌ర్లు, బిల్లులు, స‌ర్వీస్ రిజిస్ట‌ర్లు ఇత‌ర ఫైళ్లు భ‌ద్ర‌ప‌రిచిన విధానాన్ని ఈవో అధికారుల‌ను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు.
ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ అవ‌స‌రం లేని రికార్డుల‌న్నీ తొల‌గించి కార్యాల‌యాల్లో వృథాగా ఉన్న ఫ‌ర్నీచ‌ర్‌ను వెంట‌నే డిపిడ‌బ్ల్యు స్టోర్‌కు పంపాల‌న్నారు. భ‌విష్య‌త్తులో అవ‌స‌ర‌మ‌య్యే ఫైళ్లు మొద‌లైన‌వి డిజిటైజ్ చేసి అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన‌పుడు వాటిని ప‌రిశీలించేందుకు అనుగుణంగా ఐటి అప్లికేష‌న్ త‌యారు చేయాల‌ని ఆదేశించారు. ఈ స‌మాచారం మొత్తం టిటిడి స‌ర్వ‌ర్‌లో భ‌ద్ర‌ప‌రిచేందుకు త‌గిన చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. ప‌రిపాల‌నా భ‌వ‌నంలోని కార్యాల‌యాల్లో జ‌రుగుతున్న అభివృద్ధి ప‌నుల‌ను ప‌రిశీలించి త్వ‌రిత‌గ‌తిన వీటిని పూర్తి చేయాల‌ని అధికారుల‌కు సూచించారు.
