DHWAJAVAROHANAM MARKS SUCCESSFUL END OF KARTHIKA BRAHMOTSAVAMS

Tiruchanur, Dec 7: “Pancharatrameva Pancharatram” means Pancharatra Agama advocates that all the five senses in a human are responsible for making him or her passionate towards earthly pleasures. Chanting of Divine nama is the only way to keep free from all these earthly burden and that was taught by none other than the Lord Himself to Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Brahma, chief commander Visvaksena and ardent disciples Garuda and Ananta in five nights and hence the name of the shastra is “Pancharatra”.

The annual celestial nine-day fete of Karthika Brahmotsavams in the temple town of Tiruchanoor has been performed following Pancharatra Agama tradition and they were successfully completed with Dhwajavarohanam on Saturday night.
