DENIZENS THRONG TO PURCHASE BHAGAVATA -BHARATAMS

TIRUPATI, 4 February 2016: The TTD publications which were displayed in the book expo that was opened in SV High School grounds in Tirupati, has been attracting book lovers in a big way.

Especially the denizens are showing interest to purchase the 15-volumes “Mahabharatam” which was redesigned and reprinted by TTD. It took almost 25 years to concise and write `Mahabharata’ in Telugu by literary exponents including Divakarla Venkavadhani, Nanduri Ramkrishnamacharyulu and Appajodu Venkata Subbaiah while the finishing touches were given by Madhunapantula Satyanaryana.

On the other hand Pothana Bhagavatham is attracting book lovers in a big way. While the cost of five volumes is RS.1170, TTD is marketing at a subsidised price of Rs.936.
