HDPP DISTRIBUTES PUJA MATERIALS FOR GANESH UTSAV

Tirupati, 27 August 2014: In the wake of Ganesh Chatrudi on August 29, the HDPP wing of TTD has distributed puja materials to all the Ganesh Utsav mandaps in Tirupati on Wednesday.

The HDPP Special Officer distributed these materials to the Vinayaka Mahotsava Committee heads in a meeting arranged on the occasion in Ramachandra Pushkarini in Tirupati.

Speaking on this occasion, he said, last year the puja materials have been distributed to over 200 mandaps while this year it is being distributed to nearly 400 mandaps. The materials include vermilion, turmeric, Akshatas, Ganesh Diksha holy threads, sugar candy, Vratasankalpam booklet, Dharmasankharavam handout etc.

He also released the CD consisting the songs of Vinayaka Devotional Songs and Ganesh Nimarjan route map with Kalyanostavam Project OSD Sri Ramachandra Reddy.

Tirupati DSP Sri Ravishankar was also present.
