ADDITIONAL BLOCK IN BIRRD HOSPITAL TO GET READY BY JUNE END

Tirupati, 4 May 2016: The TTD EO Dr D Samba Siva Rao has instructed the engineering officials of TTD to complete the additional block in BIRRD hospital by June end.

The EO reviewed on developmental works in BIRRD hospital on Wednesday in the hospital premises.

He said, the management is committed to take up BIRRD to international standards. “For this all the civil, electrical, works should be completed by June end”, he instructed the concerned.

He also instructed the BIRRD Director Dr Jagdeesh to write a letter to the government of AP requesting the enhance of PG seats to ten from the existing six.

The EO said, at preset the waiting list of 3200 patients is standing till 2019. “We will initiate all the measures to see that they all get operated within an year with a concrete plan of action”, he added.

CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Sri Balaji, SE I Sri Ramesh Reddy were also present.
