ALL ROUND ARRANGEMENTS TO PILGRIMS BY TTD

Tirumala, 31 December 2014: TTD has made all round arrangements to the multitude of visiting pilgrims who flooded Tirumala on Wednesday to have Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan on New Year Day on Thursday.

Every inch of Tirumala has been occupied by swarm of devotees and TTD has made elaborate arrangements including setting up of temporary shelters, arranging food courts at different points. providing milk, tea, coffee, sambar rice etc. at every three hour interval both in the compartments as well in the outside queue lines.

Srivari Sevakulu are engaged to maintain serpentine queue lines at VQC II, near ATGH, ATC etc. and also to serve food and water to the pilgrims in queue lines and compartments. Apart from the regular staff, the management has also deployed 500 staff members on deputation for round the clock supervision.

TTD EO Sri D Sambasiva Rao and JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju personally inspected the queue lines at regular intervals.
