ALL SET FOR SMOOTH CONDUCTION OF VAIKUNTA EKADASI AND DWADASI

• Celestial event celebrated in 17 TTD sub shrines including Bangalore / Chandragiri and Nagari

Tirupati, 7 January 2017: Elaborate arrangements including colorful flower and electrical decorations, shamianas and barricades have been organised at all the TTD sub shrines for smooth conduction and devotee conveniences during the celestial events of Vaikunta Ekadasi and Dwadasi.

At the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor the regular rituals of Kalyanotsavam, Kumkumarchana and Sahasra deepalankara sevas have been suspended on January 8th. Similarly on the Dwadasi day of January 9 Chakrasnanam will be performed for the Chakrathalwar in the morning at 7.AM to 9AM.

At the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy vari temple of Srinivasa Mangapuram, Vaikunta dwaram darshan is being organised on both Ekadasi and Dwadasi. On January 8th daily rituals off Dhanurmasam like tomala seva, Koluvu, Panchanga sravanam will be performed in early hours of 12.05 to 3.00AM. Sarva darshanam will commence from 3AM to evening 5PM and again after evening rituals, from 5.00 to9.00 PM, TTD has suspended the Kalyanotsavam on January 8th and also organised Snapana Thirumanjanam and Chakrasnanam for the deity on Dwadasi day from 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM.

At the Sri Prasanna Venkateswara swamy temple in Appalayagunta, sarvadarsanam will begin from 5 AM to 9 PM.

In the night after performing dhanurmasam rituals and Tomala seva, Koluvu and Archana from 3.30AM to 5.00 AM. Special rituals of Snapana Thirumanjanam and Chakrasnanam for the deity were also on Dwadasi day from 8.00PM to 10.15 PM.

At the Sri Kalyana Venkteswaraswamy temple of Narayanagiri dhanurmasam rituals and Tomala seva, Koluvu and Archana from 4.00AM to 6.00 AM and sarvadarsanam will begin from 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM in the evening. During the day Andal Viratotsavam, Snapana Thirumanjanam and Chakrasnanam for the deity. Asthanam will be performed in the evening and on January 9th Dwadasi sarva darshanam through Vaikunta Dwaram will be allowed from 9 .10 AM 11.30 AM

On the same lines TTD has organised Vaikunta Ekadasi and Dwadasi celebrations at the Sri Govindarajaswami Temple, Sri Kodandarama Temple (Tirupati), Sri Kondaramalayam at Chandragiri, Sri Vedanarayanaswami temple, Nagalapuram, Sri Venugopalaswami temple Karvetinagaram, Sri Padmavati sameta Sri Venkateswaraswami temple at Pithapuram Sri SriVenkateswaraswami temple at Bangalore, Sri Prasanna Venkateswara swami temple Kanasuvaripalle, Sri Konetiraya swamy temple at Kilapatnam and Sri Kari Manikyaswami vari temple at Nagari.
