ALL SET FOR VARALAKSHMI VRATHAM AT PAT

Tirupati, August 8,2016 :All is set and TTD is fully geared to celebrate the Sri Varalakshmi Vratam, the festival of Goddess of wealth at the Padmavati Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor on a grand scale on August 12.

Special electrical illuminations and flower decorations attract the devotees from all over for the holy and colorful event this Friday

Special abhisekhams will be performed for the mula idols and the utsava idols in the early hours of Friday . The sacred event will be performed at the Asthana Mandapam in the morning hours from 10-12 hours

In the evening the sacred deity will be taken out on Swarna ratham on the four mada streets of PAT from 6 PM. amidst bhajans and Kolatas by artists .

In view of the Sri Varalakshmi vratam the daily rituals of Lakshmi puja, Kalyanotsavam and Unjalseva, Abhisekanantara darshan will be suspended for the day on August 12th.
