ANANTAVARAM TEMPLE TO BE DEVELOPED ON THE LINES OF TIRUMALA -TTD BOARD CHIEF

Tirumala, 16 October 2015: The ancient temple of Lord Venkateswara at Anantavaram in Guntur District will be developed on the lines of Tirumala temple said,TTD Chairman Sri. Ch.Krishnamurthy said today that the TTD will make all arrangements for conduction of daily rituals and festivals at Sri Venkateswaraswamy temple in Anantavam on the lines of Srivari temple,Tirumala.

He was participating at a unique event of taking over of Anantavaram temple with the TTD on Friday at Thullur mandal of Guntur District which falls in the Amaravati capital region.

The take over of the Anantavaram Sr Venkateswara temple was performed at an auspicious muhurtam of 8.49 AM this morning midst chanting of vedic hymns and other festivities.Besides the temple,its lands and also jewellery was taken over in a token manner by the TTD Chairman on the ocassion

Speaking on this ocassion the chairman said that a team of engineers led by Chief Engineer of TTD Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy will soon sent to Anantavaram to scale up water, electrical and other facilities and take up development activities for benefit of the devotees.

He said Anantavaram will be developed on the lines of Tirumala with all infrastructure and conduct all rituals, festivals and events in the capital region of Amravati to enhance the spiritual ambiance.

Among those who participated were Ministers Sri.Pratipati Pulla Rao, Sri Devineni Umamaheswar Rao,MLAs Modugula Venugopala Reddy and Shravan Kumar, MP Rayapati Sambashiva Rao, and MLC Smt N Rajakumari and officials of the endowment department of Guntur district .
