ANNA PRASADAM FOR ONE LAKH PILGRIM AT KRISHNA PUSHKARALU

Vijayawada, 14 August 2016: The Tirumala JEO Sri K S Sreenivasa Raju said today that on direction of Chief Minister, the TTD has been providing anna prasadam for nearly one lakh pilgrims every day at the Krishna Pushkarams.

Reviewing the disbursement of Anna Prasadam at the TTD Kalyana Mandapam in Vijayawada, the TTD JEO said large number of devotees were visiting the model Srivari Temple got up by TTD at the PWD grounds after a holy dip in the Krishna river.

He said the Srivari Sevaks and the district administration was facilitating the TTD in the smooth servicing of anna prasadams for countess devotees. “We have been providing Upma and Tomato rice till date and from Monday we will be able to give Pongal also” he said after the review.

Anna Prasadam is distributed at TTD Kalyana mandapam, Railway station, Bus stand, Pushkanagar, Tadepalli in Guntur district, Ratham centre in Undavalli town, Model diary in Kolanukonda highway. AIMS at Mangalagiri, Nalakapeta and some more regions.

Special Officer for Pushkarams Sri Rama Rao, TTD SE Sri Sudhakar Rao, Dy EO in charge of Anna prasadam Sri Venugopal and Catering officer Sri Sasthri participated in the review and media event later.
