ANNAMAIAH JAYANTHI CONCLUDES ON A SPIRITUAL NOTE IN TIRUMALA

Tirumala, 27 May 2016: The 608th Annamaiah Jayanthi celebrations concludes on a grand spiritual note in Tirumala with Annamaiah Gosti Ganam in Asthana Mandapam on Friday.

About 250 artistes of Annamacharya Project rendered Sapthagiri Sankeerthanalu penned by Saint Poet Tallapaka Annamacharya in a melodious manner.

The event was attended by Annamacharya Project Director and All Projects Special Officer Sri N Muktheswara Rao, All Projects DyEO Smt Sharada.

Meanwhile TTD has celebrated week long Annamaiah Jayanthi fete in Tallapaka, Tirumala and Tirupati by organising a large number of religious and spiritual events including special lectures by eminent scholars on Annamacharya life history and his great works, Srinivasa Kalyanam and Sankeertana Vibhavari near 108 feet statue of Tallapaka Annamacharya in Tallapaka, devotional music at Mahati in Tirupati and concluded in Tirumala with Sapthagiri Sankeertana Gosti Ganam.
