ANNUAL BRAHMOTSAVAMS COMMENCE AT PARASARESWARA SWAMY TEMPLE

Tirupati, 27 Jun. 14: The annual brahmotsavams in the TTD sub shrine of Sri Parasareswara Swamy temple at Narayanavanam commenced with religious fervour on Friday with the ceremonious Dhwajarohanam.

Every day evening there will be celestial procession of vehicles including Chandra Prabha Vahanam on Friday, followed by Simha Vahanam on June 28, Hamsa on June 29, Sesha on June 30, Nandi Vahanam on July 1, Gaja vahanam on July 2, Rathotsavam on July 3.

Meanwhile on July 4, the Kalyanotsavam of Sri Parasareswara Swamy and Champakavalli Ammavaru will be performed for which a couple will be allowed to participate on the payment of Rs.500 per ticket. This event is followed by Aswa Vahanam in the evening. On July 5, Natarajotsavam is conducted in the morning while the most famous of vahana sevas, Sri Ravana Brahma Vahanam on the same day evening between 7pm to 9pm.

The 10-day annual brahmotsavams will conclude on July 6 with Dhwajavarohana mahotsavam.
