AP AND TS GUV EXTENDS UGADI WISHES TO TELUGU PEOPLE

Tirumala, 24 Mar. 17: “I prayed the Universal Lord Venkateswara to shower his benign blessings on the people of Two Telugu speaking states and I also extend Sri Hevilambinama Samvatsara Ugadi wishes to people of AP and TS”, said honourable Governor of twin telugu states Sri ESL Narasimhan.

His Excellency, the Governor of AP & TS Sri E.S.L.Narasimhan accompanied by Wife Smt Vimala Narasimhan offered prayers to lord venkateswara in Tirumala on Friday.

On his arrival at Sri Vari Temple, the priests and officials have welcomed the Governor of AP with the traditional Isthikaphal welcome and led to the sanctum sanctorium.
 TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao and Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju were also present.

Later he offered prayers to the presiding deity followed by Varadaraja Swamy, Vakulamata Mata, Bhashyakarula Sannidhi, Yoga Narasimha Swamy and Sri Ranganadha Swamy.

The Vedic pundits offered the couple, Vedasirvachanam and the TTD mandarins presented silk vastram and Swamivari Teertha Prasadams to the dignitaries.

Earlier following the temple tradition, the governor offered prayers in Swamy Pushkarini and Sri Bhuvaraha Swamy temple before offering prayers to Lord Venkateswara.
