AP CM DESIGNATE OFFERS PRAYERS ON THE HILL SHRINE OF LORD VENKATESWARA

Tirumala, 29 May 19: The AP CM designate Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy offered prayers in the hill shrine of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala on Wednesday.

He entered the temple through Vaikuntham Queue Complex where he was applied “Tirunamam” and was accompanied by TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal and JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju to the sanctum sanctorum.

Later he offered prayers before the presiding deity and also prayed in the sub-shrines of Vakula Mata, Bhashyakarulavaru, Yoga Narasimhaswamy and made offerings in Srivari Hundi. After that, at Ranganayakula Mandapam the AP CM designate was offered Vedasirvachanam by Vedic Pundits. TTD EO and JEO offered him the laminated photo of Lord, Srivari Theertha Prasadams.

Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, DyEO Sri Harindranath and other officers were also present.

District Collector Sri Pradyumna, SP Anburasan, Joint Collector Sri Girisha, Commissioner Sri Vijayaramaraju were also present.
