Tirumala, 15 October 2026: Blending the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with dedicated healthcare, the Ayurveda medical camp organised near the Varahaswami Rest House in Tirumala as part of the Srivari Navaratri Brahmotsavams is drawing an overwhelming response from devotees.
Dr Renu Dixit, Principal, SV Ayurvedic College, shared the details at a media conference held at the Rambageecha-2 Media Centre in Tirumala on Thursday.
Established in 1983, the SV Ayurvedic College has grown into a reputed centre of Ayurvedic learning and treatment, earning recognition across the country and abroad.
The associated Ayurvedic hospital, with a capacity of 260 beds, continues to extend quality medical care to patients.
Dr Renu Dixit said new speciality departments, including Visha Chikitsa, Patyapatya Units have recently been added, further strengthening the institution’s healthcare services.

Ayurvedic doctors from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra besides Telugu States are also participating as Srivari Vaidya Sevaks offering specialised treatment and care to patients during the Brahmotsavams.

The department is promoting treatment through medicinal plants, special medical care and awareness programmes that are being extended to 50 families in the SC Colonies.
The TTD Ayurvedic Pharmacy is manufacturing nearly 80 varieties of medicines, maintaining high standards of quality.
TTD Panchagavya products are also being made available to devotees, adding to the range of natural wellness offerings, she maintained.

1983లో ప్రారంభ‌మైన ఆయుర్వేద క‌ళాశాల దిన‌దినాభివృద్ధి చెందుతూప్ర‌పంచ‌వ్యాప్తంగా గుర్తింపు పొందింద‌ని చెప్పారు. ఆయుర్వేద వైద్య‌శాల‌లో260 బెడ్ల‌తో రోగుల‌కు వైద్య సేవ‌లు అందిస్తున్న‌ట్లు తెలిపారు. ఇటీవ‌లేవిష చికిత్స, న్యూట్రిషన్ విభాగం, ప్ర‌త్య‌క విభాగాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన‌ట్లుపేర్కొన్నారు. శ్రీ‌వారి వైద్య‌సేవ ద్వారా త‌మిళ‌నాడు, క‌ర్ణాట‌క, మ‌హారాష్ట్రనుండి ఆయుర్వేద వైద్యులు విచ్చేసి రోగుల‌కు అత్యుత్త‌మ వైద్య సేవ‌లుఅందించ‌డం జ‌రుగుతోంద‌న్నారు.
ఔష‌ధ మొక్క‌ల ద్వారా జ‌బ్బులు న‌యం చేసేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రాజెక్టుఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో ఎస్సీ కాల‌నీలోని కుటుంబాల‌కు ప్ర‌త్యేక వైద్యం, అవ‌గాహ‌నక‌ల్పిస్తున్న‌ట్లు చెప్పారు. టీటీడీ ఆయుర్వేద ఫార్మ‌సీలో దాదాపు 80 ర‌కాలఔష‌ధాల‌ను త‌యారు చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు చెప్పారు. ఇక్క‌డ త‌యారు చేసేమందులు అత్యంత నాణ్య‌త‌తో త‌యారు చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు చెప్పారు. టీటీడీపంచ‌గ‌వ్య ఉత్ప‌త్తులను భ‌క్తుల‌కు అందుబాటులో ఉంచిన‌ట్లు చెప్పారు.
ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మంలో టీటీడీ సీపీఆర్వో డాక్ట‌ర్ టి.ర‌వి, పీఆర్వో కుమారి నీలిమపాల్గొన్నారు.
