BRAHMOTSAVAMS CONCLUDE ON A GRAND RELIGIOUS NOTE IN DELHI

New Delhi, 20 May 2014: The annual brahmotsavams of Lord Venakteswara concluded on a grand religious note in the Srivari temple at New Delhi with Chakrasnanam on the banks of holy RiverGanges.

The temple priests performed snapana tirumanjanam with five sacred ingredients of milk, sandalpaste, turmeric, honey and coconut water from 8am to 9am.  Later Chakrasnanam to the Sudarshana Chakrattalwar has been performed with religious fervour in the holy river Ganga. It was a delightful feast to the eyes of thousands of devotees who converged to witness the grandeur of the holy bath that was being rendered to the holy disc.

Special Grade Dy E O Smt Chenchulakshmi and other staff members took part in this celestial fete.

With this holy chakrasnanam the annual brahmotsavams came to a grand conclusion.
